Who do you want to see as the villain or team villains for the first rebooted Batman movie?

Why should there be a reboot in the first place? Why not just have a movie that tell a story about Batman? Kinda like how Batman: Arkham Asylum was not a reboot of batman, but tells a story with all his characters and some of his History intact.

Yea it shouldn't be a reboot. Continue the continuity but just in a different style. Like how when new comic book creative teams come on board they bring their own style and sensibilities but carry on the canon.

I'd like to see Ventriloquist. I'm not a huge fan of the character in comics, but I think someone like David Fincher could do something really memorable and creepy with a character like that.

I don't think it should be a "reboot." They should just continue the story with a new creative team and bring the franchise in a slightly new direction. I'd like to see them take on some of the more fantastical rogues in Batman's gallery. We've already got 3 villains left to choose from that were botched up in Schumacer's version:

The Riddler
Mr. Freeze
Poison Ivy

All three of those are great characters and I hope they all get another chance on the big screen. There's also the Penguin who could be done much better nowadays, and there's Clayface who would be a very interesting villain if they can sell the audience on the concept of a man made of goo. Killer Croc is a great physical threat, and The Ventriloquist could be just plain creepy. There are plenty of places they can go and plenty of characters they can bring in without recycling the franchise yet again.

 and I would love to see Freeze done with some justice.

I prefer to see Clayface. It introduces the more fantastical type of villain, and it also opens for good old classic suspense/mystery movie. Clayface has that great ability of turning into anything and anyone. Villains in that medium always keeps the audience on the edge, trying to guess who's genuine and who the enemy is impersonating...until it smacks you straight in the face!!! I would kill to see that.

I don't want Mr. Freeze because I want Captain Cold in a Flash movie a lot more. I'd like to see Man-Bat, I personally think it'd be cool.

At least we wont be hearing the Nolanized idea of Freeze. A guy who shoots people with bullets made out of ice, lol.

I would like it if Freeze's story didn't involve him trying to freeze the entire world...even Bond villains were never that cliche, and the only time I've ever seen Freeze like that is through B&R. Though he did have a good reason of doing it.

I hope we see something like Sub-Zero (the cartoon) where he was harvesting women who fitted Nora's blood type or something and he was using the women in order to create a cure from them,I think that's how it went. Its still the one of the most chilling (no pun intended) schemes I ever saw in anything Batman related.

In Sub-Zero, Mr. Freeze was not harvesting women-- he merely kidnapped Barbra Gordon because she had Nora's rare blood type (O Negative). He had no intention of harming Barbra during the whole ordeal, even though he did resort to kidnapping.

I hope that they use Mr. Freeze the way they did in the animated series, where he is a truly tragic character who the audience actually feels a lot of pity for. They tried quite miserably to bring some of that to his character in Batman and Robin, and no-one could take it seriously because the whole movie was so campy and Freeze was played as so goofy by Schwarzenegger. Hopefully, someone has the guts to do Freeze justice.

If they wanted to use multiple villains in a movie with Freeze, they could quite comfortably replace Ferris Boyle with The Penguin, and set up Oswald Cobblepot as being a powerful and corrupt CEO-- a true "anti-Bruce Wayne." Cobblepot would be responsible for the creation of Mr. Freeze because he tried to pull the plug on Victor Fries' research, which would kill Nora. Victor would attempt to blackmail him since he has learned about his illegal activities. Cobblepot tries to kill Fries and destroys his lab, leaving him for dead, but a cryogenic chemical spill allows Fries to survive-- at the price of having to wear a refrigeration suit for the rest of his life.

I'd love to see a respectable comic version of the Penguin brought to the big screen.

I want to see Catwoman, played by somepone who can do the character justice! Will anyone ever outdo Michelle Pheiffer's take on the character?
How aboout Salma Haytek? A domineering Catwoman with a spanish accent. Yummy! #;^)

Why would foreign be a preference? Also Anne Hathaway is playing Catwoman.

Anyway as for eventual reboot villains, I always liked the idea of FireFly as a coporate saboteur for an origin/early years Batman type movie. And since everyone loves a trilogy lol, I'd follow that with a Rupert thorne and Deadshot combo for the second, and for the grand finale third and final of the trilogy, I'd go with Man-Bat

I would go with Mr Freeze. I really want to see that done the right way , it will probably never happen.

Killer Croc.
Yes. The Croc has always been my favorite Batman villain. I'd love to see Bats get the tar beaten out of him!

I also love Azrael, though he's more of an 'anti-hero'.

Deadshot, Firefly, Black Mask, Anarky, Professor Pyg or Killer Croc. I'd love for them to reboot the universe and do basically the story that Morrison is writing with some cuts and edits here and there.

Make a longass montage like the start of Wolverine Origins so you get all the origin and different Robins and what not out of the way. Baller.

If Rises ends with a definite end then the next should be set after The Dark Knight during year one with the joker going to the asylum for his crimes and the villains could be professor the Riddler and Professor Hugo Strange, Batman would use the help of Hugo Strange to catch the Riddlet while Hugo would try to see who's behing the mask of the Batman and even use the police against him.
