I have a few ideas....

The Sentry would trash him, I think, and probably Hyperion...but that's all I could personally think of.

Spider-man walks up to Wolverine, grabs his head, twists... snapping the neck, (adamantum laces the bones, not the joints), and pulls his head off.

My god!!! That would be awesome!!! Furture Imperfect revisited!!! You see Doc Samson come from the past and start counseling Maestro until he can lift the hammer himself. I would buy that book, they should use it as a what if? story.

Some of the people on that list are to put it politely ....questionable. However Storm and Nimrod could almost certainly take the Maestro. Lightning drawn down by Black Bolt stopped the original Hulk with one bolt. Storm can generate bolts more powerful and numerous. She once nearly destroyed Dooms shield which is capable of withstanding a nuke and did it with a single bolt. Nimrod easily defeated the Juggernaut with tactics that would work on the Maestro. The synapse dislocuter would stop him easily.
