Captain America - The Leader, the man they can all rally around.
Spider-man - The most well rounded fighter of them all, and can deal with any situation.
Wolverine - When brute force and wrath is need.
Thing - Pure strength. Unlike The Hulk, he can be controlled and used as an asset rather than a possible detriment.

Captain America The inspiration and icon (plus it would be cool to see him argue with Castle about who's war was better)

Captain America - Excellent Leadership and Fighting Abilities.
Spider Man - Strength and agility, as well as versatile web usage.
Nightcrawler - Dude can teleport your head off your body.
Hawkeye - Only really Ultimate Hawkeye. The guy that killed people by throwing his fingernails. Yeah that dude is badass.

OR

Reed Richards - Smarter than your average... Everyone.
Tony Stark - More intelligence.
Storm - Controls the goddamn weather, c'mon. That's pretty powerful.
Morph - You never know when you need to sneak in somewhere.

Galactus is metal so Magneto beats you, Dr. Doom has power cosmic so he beats Galactus, you can't kill Deadpool, and Spider-Man would be doing something relevant.

Depends on which Galactus. Galactus in the early comics was not too big. In the TAS version he drove in a lame little ship. At Fox, he was a storm cloud. Magneto wins. Plus...Doom power cosmic kicks HINEY!
