Who is Daredevil?

This may have already been answered or dealt with, may be old news. But can anyone tell me, did they reveal who is wearing the Daredevil costume while Matt Murdock is in prison?

Because I think I have a theory, in Civil War #1, Daredevil is standing in the back staring at a coin while he roles or flips it between his fingers. Maybe he is Bullseye, in desguise as Daredevil.
Unless they have already showed that Bullseye is somewhere else, then never mind.

We've gone through this in the Civil War thread: Bullseye and Matt are BOTH in the same prison right now. Along with the Punisher. Speculation is that the this DD might be Hawkeye.

I had the same thought.

But I fail to see what Bullseye could gain from all of it other than tranishing Matt's name.

I thought I read something about Bullseye in prison with Matt and Punisher. Thats why I said if it had already been dealt with, or shown that he is somewhere else then never mind about that theory.
yeagh, i like the Hawkeye theory.

In the last daredevil issue I read (in a grab bag of comics) it said Bullseye died, his neck broken by Matt in Paris?

But he is attacking Spider-Man on the cover of Civil War #5, and he is apearntly in prison with Matt Murdock and Punisher.

You must not have finished it, because that was all a daydream Matt had of what would happen if he fled.
