Yeah, whatever. It's all dead to me now. I gotta bust out the PAD Genis series again.
The Avengers have always had a bit of a wider scale when it comes to the scope of their threats, to be honest. But there's always a way that villains can be challenging to the team, depending on who's on it. Thor's on the team but you want them to fight Ultron? Ultron Unleashed: Ultron kidnaps the Avengers closest to him and throws an army of duplicate bodies at the other Avengers, including adamantium-shelled bodies, which even Thor has a tough time getting through. Simple. The problem with Bendis using high-power characters on his Avengers teams is that he just doesn't often write greater than street-level challenges for them.Actually, Sentry could work if they fought threats that actually warranted Avengers intervention. Whenever somebody says this guy is too powerful to be in a team setting, I always point to Morrison's JLA as the definitive way to do a uber powerful superteam. They need to be fighting s**t that will end the universe.
Isn't Hawkeye more the opposite right now? =/
He was a good guy, now he goes off into extreme temper tantrums, makes rash moves, and thinks all his problems will go away with killing? =/
HA HA!No, it was revealed his wife was planning on leaving him still. And she doesn't consider him her husband.
Was that what Avengers: Reunion was about? No, it was revealed his wife was planning on leaving him still. And she doesn't consider him her husband.
