how is this even a question?

Its Supes, and it'll always be supes.

Superman. These movies will probably be about Superman inspiring people. I´m sure Diana, Flash, GL etc will join because Superman makes sacrifices for them. They will join him out of free will as opposed to Batman "collecting" them like Fury did. I think Superman feels the need to help now that Krypton killed so many and destroyed so much here on Earth. So it kinda makes sense Superman now wants to help people, sure he has always helped ppl like the bus or at the rig but those were accidents. Now he feels he wants to seek out trouble and fix it so he can make up for not stopping Zod before people got hurt.

Superman is the leader, Batman is the guy they go to for strategy and whatnot, like in the Avengers

Captain America/Superman: Leader
Iron Man/Batman: Consultant
Agree with this.

There's a Titan book where the Titans argue over whi the League's leader is. Roy's daughter schools them by saying they all lead the JLA. She was right,

Isn't Batman a veteran hero in this series? Possibly trained a Robin or two?
If so, then I'm guessing he will be the leader, he had more experience than Superman as both a leader and a hero

Superman is the vocal and inspirational leader, while Batman is basically the the General of the army.

I'm in favor of Batman leading first, until Superman is worthy to hold the team leader mantle

Superman thinks it's Superman, Batman thinks it's Batman; everyone else knows it is Wonder Woman.

If she experienced enough of life out of Themyscira before they start the team in this movie, I can take her as team leader without arguing

Superman is the moral center and inspiration.

Batman is the tactical genius behind the scenes.

Totally agree.

Back in Grant Morrison's JLA "hyperclan" saga, Supes describes Bats as the most dangerous man on earth.

Even when Batman lead the Outsiders, he was mostly tactical command,
he gave a lot of the moral decision making authority to Geo-Force, and
Black Lightning, and didn't cramp their style.

Plus, Batman has always got to have the ability to go solo when he needs to.

Superman could be the public face and spokesperson, but Bats is the brains.

A really good example of JLA shared leadership at work is in Morrison's (yup, him again) JLA Earth 2, when the JLA travel to the Crime Syndicate's Earth.

Good question OP !

Supposedly they are sticking lose to the new 52 so I'd guess batman.

With this statue reveal even moreso - if its a memorial statue and Superman is killed off at the end of BvS. That would be a perfect catalyst for batman to form the JL especially if there is a huge threat in JL 1 that Batman can't handle and w/o Superman he needs to recruit mega-humans to form a team to protect Earth.

Superman. Batman is the strategist , tech and detective on the team.
Supes is the leader, who encourages, the morals, etc...

"Basically, Warners are now working their movie universe around Ben's Batman," our source says.

As far as Warner's bosses are concerned, Affleck is considered to be the "definitive Batman" and could be the hub around which the DC movie universe will rotate in future movies.

Looks like if this is to be believed then the DCEU, will revolve around Batman, which means he will most likely be the leader

Take it with a grain of salt though

I would love it to be Wonder Woman. There is a species of Superman fan that would go absolutely mental.

The franchise revolving around Batman doesn't mean he's the leader.

The X-Men movies revolve around Wolverine, but Cyclops is the leader (before he dies). The MCU movies revolved around Iron Man, but Cap is the leader of The Avengers.

(That being said, I'd be totally fine with Batman as the leader, though Superman or Wonder Woman would be my preference)
