Jeffrey Wright....have him as Jackal.

Never been a fan of Jackal, but i'll definitely check out source code.

Source Code was great. Then again, a lot of JG lead films have been great. :funny:

Me neither, Jackal isn't as great as a character, but if written right and making him something besides: ''OMGURRR i wANT an EMma sToONE clone'', he could be a good character.
Heck, Jeffrey is a great actor, if they did a Spidey movie with Jackal and cast him, he would be for Miles Warren what Molina was for Otto.

Im all for more parts for more actors of other races ... but I don't like it when iconic characters are changed from how they've always been visually represented... It's fine when they're supporting cast or minor characters.. but when it's a major one it's off putting.. and that goes for all race changes..

I said this somewhere else, but I love Michael Emerson (Lost, Person Of Interest) for Doc Ock.

Michael Emerson gives me the feel of the Slott-era Ock, the one from Ends of Earth.

i would not want jonah as ock. Maybe as one of the more loveable looser guys like leapfrog or grizzly be fun spot to put him. i def go with rainn for ock, i like him and think he be a suitable choice for the role. Bearing on what they want to do with ock in the mcu.

Also on some villains counting on how the whole deal with sony works. As great as it would be to see them all get used in films be it solo or in the team films he appears in. I wouldnt be surprised if a few land over in the netflix side of marvel for dd/luke cage/iron fist/jessica to tango with. like i said before we cant think of spidey world and characters as 3 films and we are done now. That we have the whole mcu to play with. we could see someone maybe in agent carter, shield, the netflix shows.

ya as for race change villains i am sure we will see a few changed, just like some supporting characters may change. Personally i do it like tssm did. Liz, ned leeds, kong(if in film) the changes they did where fine. others like osborns, robbie, mj, gwen i do not want to see changed. As for villains same goes with a few key guys like kraven, ock, i wouldnt want to see changed. Others i am more ok with change as it likely will happen.

Kraven i wouldn't have a problem with him being a bit darker than usual, he could still be Rusian in nature but i would be fine if he is a bit darker skinned.

personally i still would like oded ferh for kraven. Also if/when we see kraven i def want family connection to chameleon and him to be there.

Odeh Ferh sounds nice, but the family connection with Chameleon is kinda weird, i mean it could work but i think it should be put as more of a throwaway line, something like: ''Chameleon and Kraven, two cousins emaniting from Mother Russia, both with different goals against the wallcrawling webhead.''

Mysterio has the potential to be visually stunning; although, I prefer not to see him in the first flim. Let establish Peter's core group of friends, family, possibly co-workers, and those relationship for at least one film, before using some of the more personable illusions against him.

Mysterio, Vulture, Shocker, Scorpion and Kraven. One of those would be nice

mysterio is still the one i want the most for the first film. But if it isnt i wont be to disappointed as there is still others who be good too. I just dont want to start with scorpion or kraven,. I still feel those be better guys to use as sequel stories.

Mysterio has a lot to offer outside of visuals. He is also good at robotics so we can see Spidey taking on a bunch of robots at once.

I like that idea as well. Although he doesn't have the traditional tubby look, if you seen him in those mentioned roles (Lost, Person of Interest) you know he can handle the range for Ock: intelligent, meek, arrogant, menacing. He also displays a good sense of humor (dry) which is usually beneficial in a Marvel movie.

Vulture would have been perfect for Ben Kingsley, but of course he can't do it now. Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) was mentioned. He has a good look for the role. Not sure if he's right for the role, but I'm sure he could do a great job with it.

Jeffrey Wright is a good actor, but I felt if they were ever going to give us Miles Warren/Jackal, I'd like to see it played by Alan Tudyk. Seeing him in Dollhouse sealed the deal for me.

And I still support Bryan Cranston for Norman Osborn. Yes he would probably be a great J. Jonah Jameson, but I think not giving him Osborn is a lost opportunity.
