Ah so Spoons is Barry Bonds.
He might be.
Bonds needs something to do, since no team seems interested in him.
Welcome Barry to great game of Hype!

this is how body builder look like in 40 to 60 each ten years the bodybuilding standard change arnold is in 70's standard .
today arnold even in is best shape (240lbs) can even do the amateur today for 6.2 the standard is 320 to 340 lbs for competition make you seach in body building
But Cap is bulky
Up until the nineties, he wasn't. Keep in mind that they always draw superheroes about 30lbs heavier then they are supposed to weigh.
Classic Captain America was about 6'0 190 to 205 and incredibly fit.
I'm telling ya, he should be a middleweight! Captain Britain is a heavyweight and he's clearly bigger than Captain America!

I think Brian and Steve are about the same size. Heck, I've seen Steve drawn bigger sometimes.
I always thought of Cap as one of those who had like 0% body fat, since hell.......he's a supersoldier, he should at least look like an olympic athlete. Not like Arnold or anything, that's overdoing it

Cap should be big. He doesn't need to be bodybuilder big, but he needs to be bigger than the average man.I've been reading these forums for quite some time, and what bothers me is that everyone wants to cast some body builder as Captain America. You all want the guy with the square jaw, and the tough guy look. It really isn't necessary, though. We've seen Wolverine, Batman and Superman on screen. We've seen their comic book counterparts. None of the on-screen characters are anywhere near as bulky as their comic book affiliates. Why would you want Captain America to be any different?
A good Cap would be someone who can act well, give the film a serious tone, and express weakness and strength. Every human being has a flaw, and although you may state that "Captain America has no flaws", weaknesses in a person's state of mind can add so much more depth to any character. Other than this, all the actor needs is to be able to put on some muscle. We don't need Cap having an Arnold-type body.
And what's with the name "First Avenger: Captain America"? Why not just plain, old "Captain America"?
I just picked a random example. I needed a guy who was not muscular and he came to mind.Sorry; I get what what you're saying but there's a limit to just how much muscle the human body get gain. I mean, D.J. QUALLS?
