Does it credit the other mugger? No. Now you say the actor does not look like Bob. I agree, it doesn't look EXACTLY like him, but they have similar chins and the3 placement of the facial structures are rather similar.

The voice is nearly exact.

It was like 20-30 years ago. Come on, give the guy some slack. And his credit, yes it doesnt say "Young Bob" but it doesnt NOT say it was him.

That's just silly. Since when would any credits say something like "Jack Napier's partner ( NOT BOB) played by ..." You're not making sense. What possible reason would they have for not crediting it as "young Bob" if it was indeed supposed to be him? Absolutely none, it's not Bob, there is no hard evidence it's him, all I've seen here is speculation.
