Digging through the code I find the following stuff on the page:

The letters NT in want, and YO are selectable text, but it will not allow you to select it. THere are other words on the poster behind the text pasted on top of the poster.

this might be crazy..but if the site is, seemingly, asking for wannabee Jokers henchmen to turn up.. to gather the fans in one place..maybe they are going to show Jokers hijacked Dent political promo... becoming a recruitment for the Jokers cause to get the criminals of gotham to cause havok.. basically... they might show a pirate broadcast by the Joker himself. hand it out or allow people to film it and spread it virally? its a long shot i know...

Actually, the friend at home is probably your parent/guardian if your under age. Most advertisements asking you to go online have to state you need your parent or guardians permission.
