When E3 comes around, there shall be a list. Nintendo has NDA's with third party developers on games that would be released. However, there is a listing of all third party developers that are on board.

There's a list of the developers, but few games have been announced that are developed by 3rd parties. Red Steel and Sadness are 2 I can think of off the top of my head. There should be an announcement at E3.
