Will Hulk be leaping and running fast in the movie?

You know I was wondering about if he would be running really fast like he did in the first and leaping. I have read so much about them wanting the movie to be like the old Tv show and that worries me. I mean I have those movies on dvd and even though they are enjoyable, their Hulk sucks haha. He only picks up the back of cars or breaks things and picks crooks up and well that is about it. I just hope he will leap about 3 to 4 miles like he did in the first movie and comics. I loved how fast he ran in the first movie too, about 300 miles an hour. I just hope they don't take his powers down for the movie to be more like the old tv show. Hulk needs to be throwing Tanks, coptors, jeeps and leaping around the sky.

The Hulk should be just as fast and leap just as much as in the last film, but with more going on than just the helicopters encircling him. Preferably, the Hulk leap attacking the Abomination or barreling his was through some barricades would be an automatic w1n.

That whole leaping scene from plateau to plateau with that hypnotic music playing in the background was probably the coolest scene in the entire movie. As a matter of fact, that entire desert sequence was pretty bad arse, especially the tank battle! That's all I really wanted to see. Give me more of that, less Nick Nolte as a deadbeat dad, and this new Hulk will rock!

Glad to see people enjoy Hulk leaping and running as much as I did. I actually loved seeing him run that fast, way awesome! He also leaped just like in the comics, which is around 3 to 4 miles sometimes but usually a good 2. I just hope he does the same in the new movies and at least throws one or two tanks

Best ever action sequence in any comic film IMO. Though the Surfer/Torch and FF vs Cosmic Doom was damn good no matter how much you liked the film.

Just watched it again this friday, and the running and leaping were so "hulk" :heart:

I want more of that, more choppers, more tanks, and Abomination falling on the Hulk creating a gigantic hole in the ground.... in NYC

nope, he wasnt running at 300mph, i'm not sure but i read somewhere that the helicopters they used had a max speed of 250 or something and they were catching him up really easily, and while flying backwards. I think Hulk reached maybe 170 but i dont think he went anywhere near 200 or 250.

I liked when he first was learning the jump, the body was trying to control it. That was an awesome scene!

Agreed, those were some of the best parts of the movie, and are essential for a Hulk movie IMO.

HULK has too leap! That would be like having Superman that didn't fly, LOL!

Although in the comic I think he can actually double his leap size with each jump. I'd like to see him hitch a ride on a airliner, that would be awesome!

Being an OBSESSED NFL fan I loved how Ang and the effects people came up with comparing his running to a running back because that's exactly what it reminded me of! Imagine LT or Willie Parker or something with unlimited strength and endurance and there you go!

I love the part too when HULK lands in the middle of the road shaking the truck coming up the road!
