I'm personally hoping Michael Massee is Quentin Beck. Mysterio is one of my favourite Spider-Man villains, and I've been holding out hope for him to get the movie treatment since the last franchise.

Mysterio is as cinematic of a villain as Electro and by the sounds of it Webb had a blast making him. Could you imagine what he could do with Mysterio with Webb's creativity?

I think Cooper is playing a fake Norman. Harry was sent away as a young child and might not have seen his father since. There's no guarantee his memory of his father is legit, especially if Norman was hypnotizing him like in the Ultimate comics. I think Masse is the real Norman, as evidenced by his clothing which is just like "the man in the shadows" from the comics.

I had a theory a while ago stating that Harry may not have even seen his father much due to constant moving between Boarding Schools. So, this could work!

Dane said Harry didn't come back to NYC often. That implies that, on occasion, he would come back and see his father. And even if he didn't, he would have been around Peter's age when his parents died, so he should be able to remember what his father looked like. No offense, but unless Harry has been drugged or brainwashed, I don't see that being a likely scenario.

They were friends when they were little. Their dads worked together before Peter's parents left (and died). So they saw each other a lot. After that, Norman took Harry out of Peter's school and put him in a boarding school.

Quentin Beck was the original Mysterio and the best. However I feel if Webb has him in his sights then we may see the teleport version Francis Klum? Maybe Beck will be given these small additions teleport power but I think hard core fans would not like that.

Klum maybe the one with Ultimate Mysterio plot details?

A modern costume can be done easily from what I've seen in other movies i.e Spocks volcano suit from Into Darkness as a basis for Mysterio's costume. if Webb doe indeed use Ultimate Mysterio then his look is quite similar of movie Electro's outfit.

All this it pure guess work but we will find out in time what happens next.

I'm not saying this will mean Webb use Mysterio but he is in his list of top 3 villains.

Again in order from last years interview Kraven, Green Goblin & Mysterio.

How would you like him to appear Ultimate, Mixture of classic but updated. some kind of glass helmet needed.

This is my idea of a updated Mysterio outfit. Using Spocks suit adding cape & metallic purple/green finish.

I don't think, considering it'd take a cue from The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon which Webb is in favor of.

Unfortunately for me, though, it seems like what we see will be what we get. Which is fine, I just hope it works in film.

why would Chameleon wear a mask that looks nothing like the real Norman if he's trying to portray Norman? I doesn't make any sense

If I were them I wouldn't have shown anyone in the shadows, just had the voice. Would have been a lot easier to build off of.
