The Dark Knight Rises Will Nolan's Batman suffer the curse?

I hate to say it, but he may not even make a third one. He wasn't planning on making TDK, so maybe he won't even have a chance to screw it up

^ Good point, there's no guarantee he will, he may be content with just the two films. If that's the case then so be it, trilogies are becoming way too clichéd these days anyway, if a story needs only two films (or even one), then that's all you need, no sense making sequels just for the sake of it.
