Transformers Will Smith for Jazz?

Well he does like being in big budget 4th of July movies so you never know. The thing I'm curious about is if some of the transformers will have accents or not like in the cartoon I mean if these people are so bent on realism which is why they tried to make them look more alien then it wouldn't make much sense to give them human accents.

I always had an idea for that. They scan things to get the alt mode, maybe if they scan someones vocal sounds too.

Well considering Jazz looks like Freddy Krueger, Smith's voice wouldn't fit.

Nor would Scatman's voice.

Then maybe whoever it is who plays/played Krueger should be a good idea?

lol

Yes Will Smith will show up

say two lines

and leave

Bay: Hey big Willy! Listen, I know you're busy doing another film right now, but please come in real quick and do 2 lines for this dumb robot thing. It transforms at 80mph!!

Will: Anything for you, master Bay. And by that, I mean aaaawww heeelll nnaaawww!!

Bay: :csad:

Yeah, we need a Kentucky Fried Ironhide :cwink:

Sounds good to me.

Also, I expect he'll have more then two-three lines.
According to the Script leak he has 3. According to the leaked scenes one of those lines was given to Ratchet.

So now we are down to 2 confirmed lines, [blackout]and him screaming as he is killed[/blackout]

One less line for Big Willy to have to do.

Isn't that script REALLY old? Either way, I'm still not ready to trust it.

Should he be insulted?

Honestly, the tone on this forum is astoundingly Negetronic! Heck, it feels like people insult the actors simply for wanting to act and have a job!

There have been a lot of changes since that script was leaked, I hope there has been some changes with some more lines added for other TF's, now all we need is a little energon and a lot luck.

Bah, I liked the DMX Rumor better. And Will Smith hasn't done a Movie where the movie didn't revolve around him in a long time. So who know's if he's up for the role. But since he's worked for Bay, and Bay loves Star Power. Sounds very plausible.

Something just came to me. Would you call the Jazz role a cameo or not? Yes the character is in most of the movie yet he only had a handful of lines according to the leaked script.

Does that count as a cameo or not?

Jazz: In west cyberton born and raised on tha battlefield is where i spent most of my days

Whoever keeps saying that 2 line stuff is just a dumbass.

It has been confirmed that the script that was leaked has been redrafted 6 times since then.

There's also the fact that you don't stay silent during a battle like they get involved with, there would have been more lines than shown on that script.

Yeah, if Will gets it you know damn well they will add at least a few more one-liners; "Aaawww hellll nnaaawww!"

Will Smith is a better actor than he is given credit for.

The Pursuit of Happiness
Six Degrees of Separation

Will Smith is indeed a good actor. But, I don't think his voice is distinctive enough to play JAZZ. Just because he's black doesn't mean he can play Jazz. There are way more better suited folks.... my vote has always been for Steve Harvey. He's the human embodiment of Jazz.

Now that's a good suggestion for the role of Jazz. I like!
