with how TASM 2 underperformed critically and financially and with people's negative view on what sony is doing.do you think the franchise will be fixed? i really hope so because with how wonter soldier, godzilla, DOFP, GOTG, and upcoming series like the flash, constantine, Age of Ultron, age of apocolypes, daredevil, heroes for hire, BvS, a new image movie from bryan singer, Cap 2, doctor strange, the hunger games, etc. it seemed like spiderman is the only one who's screwed and that really scares me because spiderman has been my favorite character and i really love webb and crew and even Drew goddard so do you think the cast and crew and even the wall crawler can recover?

i can see that but i really don't like to see spiderman doing bad especially with how the new series by slott is doing.

i'm not saying that the new movie is bad and i really don't think that 2 is an abomination from hell, but i really would like for spiderman to have something good as well as the creators and actors of this franchise and seeing the rest of the marvel, dc, and image adaptations are doing i really don't want spiderman to be the only one whose suffering right now.

Thank you Levi and cyclops. I just hope that some sting good will come with the six and hopefully drew Goddard at least saw some stuff coming. As much as I love Webb I hope Goddard takes over. I also hope that Sony doesnt meddle with the film and just think that audiences will love the movie because Goddard is making it. The reason people loved the raimi films and other marvel movies was because it was handled by talented people who knew what they were doing without any interference from fox or marvel. Sony has Goddard. The best thing they can do us let him work on the movie that way you can earn enough money thanks to the positive reviews that way they can keep Goddard and maybe he can handle spiderman 4 and beyond

Comics have gotten a bit too expensive for me to keep up with. I read Brand New Day for a good bit and found it good. Do people not like him on Spidey?

I know people who couldn't give less of a damn for superheroes, yet TDK instantly hooked them to Batman.

Yeah that is true. A lot of people said not only is is TDK a great super hero movie but just a great movie in general. MY top 2 favorite superhero's are spider man and batman and batman has taken over. Batman has the great movies with the dark knight trilogy and the great games with batman arkham sieras where spider man has spider man 2 and hasn't had a really great game for a while. Batman was also the first super hero movie to make a billion and did it twice with dark knight and with rises. Also it did it with out 3d. If you take away 3d iron man 3 would have only made around 900 million instead of 1.2 billion. So batman is the first super hero movie to make a billion and if you take away 3d is the only solo super hero movie to make over a billion. A billion is not quite has hard has it used to be but a lot of the movies that have made a billion did it because of 3d or a rerlease so getting to a billion with out 3d is still pretty hard to do.

I liked asm1 and love love asm2 but I no a lot of people don't. We had 5 years form sm3 to the reboot asm1 2007-2012 if we see other reboot after asm4 or how long do you think it will be this time? 5 years again? longer? shorter?
