Wishing for a Live Action Batman Beyond

^Awesome choice! That suit is cool, but it's WAYYYYYYY too busy. The Original BB suit was simple and effective. They shouldn't change it IMO.

I've been watching BB lately and it has refreshed my memory about how great the show was!

Batman/Terry McGinnis-Adam Gregory
Batman/Bruce Wayne-Kevin Conroy
Derek Powers/Blight-Dominic West.
Joker-Crispin Glover

I was thinking the original voice actors could work as the live action actors too,
Will Friedle as Terry McGinnis/Batman Beyond

(just dye his hair jet black, and give him time to buff up for the role)
And since its meant to be in the future his suit could be more high tech than that one in Begins or Dark Knight, but still reminiscent of that.

Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne

(Just add some gray hair and make up to make him look older)

Teri Garr as Terry's mom

(Just dye her hair red)

Stockard Channing as Commissioner Barbra Gordon

I agree 100%

Kevin Conroy must play Old Bruce.

That suit is WAY too busy. I would have no issue, however, if the circuits "glowed" or something when he's doing something involving power or energy, and stayed dark the rest of the time.

Since I started watching BB on the Hub I've started warming up to the show. I use to not like it at all but now I seem to like it more with each episode. So a movie or more likely an animated flim would be cool with me. And I think Terry in the JLU episode Epilogue looks like Tom Welling?

That's exactly what I was thinking. In fact, I remember the "Splicers" episode setting a precedent for this. During the scene where Batman was captured, he used the suit's strength amplifiers to literally break free of his restraints. Red lines briefly flashed on the suit when he started exerting himself.

You can wish in one hand and crap in the other. Then see which one gets filled first.

Still think that suit is cool as hell.

A little too busy but I like it.

Gotta admit...I want there to be the classic mouth opening.

use the tron suits as a jumping off point.

I love the suit, but it would be perfect if all the red was black, and there were pulses through the suit much like the 2099 suit in Spider-man: Shattered Dimensions.

Terry McGuiness personality is nearly a carbon copy of Peter Parker, most of his foes are altered versions of Spider-Man's rogues gallery, and he wears a bat themed Iron Man armor, so it won't be much of a difference

I wouldn't mind watching a live action Batman Beyond
Here's the thing about that costume.

In the cartoon, Terry had a mask that went over his entire face. But not only that, the mask contoured to his face and lips. So Terry could actually speak with the mask on and somehow it opened with his mouth as well.

How would that possibly work for an actual costume? You couldn't really do that.
The Mask did it, Mystique and her son appeared in live action, there isn't anything stopping this from happening

Except for the fact the mask was magic and mystique is a mutant, batmans mask is simply a mask and wouldnt make sense if it all moved like skin.

Well, if there has to be an explanation for everything, it could be made out of the same material as The Question's mask. His mask is made of "pseudoderm," which imitates flesh and makes it look like Question doesn't have a face. Batman could have borrowed some from Question or acquired his own, cut eyeholes (or paint white eyes since it's possible to see through the material) and a mouth slit in it, paint it black, and you have your explanation for why the facial area of his mask is like skin.

There's been so much love for the live action Batman Beyond suit design that i just had to post this for the Batman Beyond fans, i hope you enjoy

Its a great menacing look. I love the eyes, but I'd get rid of a bit ore red in the torso and abdomen area.
