"wizard" Ranks The 10 Toughest Superheros In Comics!

Sinestro never struck me as particularly violent or mudrerous. I mean, look at the guy. He looks like Jamie Farr, nobody's afraid of that.

He's killed whole star systems. If we're going by body counts in the DC universe it would be: 1. Darkseid 2.Sinestro 3. Lobo

Great, now I have vision of Sinestro trying to get out of the Green Lantern Corps by dressing up in drag.

You know who's got the biggest body count in both universes? Death.

I thought we were talking individuals not cosmic entities, but then since all beings in the MU and DCU have souls and either go to a "heaven" or "hell" one could say they're actually immortal and no one ever truely dies in either place.

That's just something they tell you so you'll follow their lead and give your life away for your cause

I know. I was placing a self bet that you were gonna catch me first for it.

I won myself ten bucks from myself!

Awesome. Now pay up or I'm calling you in to start breaking your limbs.

Marvel: The End never happened. :cmad:

Jim Starlin's Thanos series (unfortunately) incorporated it into continuity.

That said, with Echo's death and resurrection in the pages of New Avengers doomed the universe again.

Nothing Starlin has done with Thanos since The Infinity Gauntlet should count. It's all such fanwankish bull****. He just retcons anything between that project and the last Thanos project that made Thanos look like anything short of God away and then finds some new and even more ******ed way to make Thanos even more powerful. Watch, in the next Starlin-written Thanos story, Thanos' death in Annihilation will be nullified. "Oh, er, uh, that was just a clone of Thanos' long-lost twin brother, who's identical to Thanos in every way except I'll allow him to die--er, I mean, he's slightly less powerful than Thanos and not quite infallible, like Thanos is. Yeah, that's the ticket!"

:o

In your FF-centric dreamworld, I'm sure he is.

Hey, how much spooge did you get on your walls last week when you read that the Thing was officially bumped up to Class 100 before you managed to find a paper towel? ;)

Well, that's a bit much. He'd probably be in the lower ranks somewhere. Significantly higher if we're talking about his spiky form.

I figured it was a mistake. But then I remembered it was Dan Slott, so I spooged all over the place. Class 100 and none of those damn spiky rocks.

Hot Damn!!!

:thing: :thing: :thing:

I kind of like it too, to be honest. I think every team should have its Class 100 bruiser. I think Whedon's basically beefed Colossus up to that level over in AXM, too.

Colossus has been Class 100 for some years now. I think it was not long after the fight with Freedom force where he was so badly injured.

Oh. I've always seen him listed as Class 90 or 95, but I guess that was from outdated '80s Handbook information.

Yeah... Benjy has always seemed "tougher" than Pete. But it prolly hasn't been true for a while. Now at least their back on an even playing field, with the experience going to Ben.

I wonder when the jump happened for Ben? Natural progression? Or was it going to Heaven and being redrawn by Kirby?

Who knows?

:thing: :thing: :thing:

Probably natural progression. He did get stronger over time from his first appearance. That probably just continued. He seemed pretty strong in his series recently, so I think Slott, at least, has counted him as Class 100 for a while.
