The layout is based on a Tomb Raider movie poster, and it was pencilled & inked manually, colored behind the inks normally in PS first, then 'painted' over in PS (to try and lighten the heavy inks a bit).
I've done another layout which would have Mephisto in it too but as I'm something else now I'll only go ahead with that one if I have time to do a decent job on it before the comp deadline.

My best guess is someone either grabbed the higher-res pic I put up on the net for a while and used that, or one of the A3 prints I've had done has been used and/or reproduced...
