Since the release of An America Werewolf In London, no other werewolf film really had that same impact on me. London, while having elements of comedy, still creeped the hell out of me, especially that werewolf transformation scene.
I gotta hand it to The Wolfman trailer, there were some parts that brought back that creeped out feeling in me. I'm loving the classic werewolf look and the film seems to be doing that one important thing, that a lot other werwolf films don't do, a slow and painful transformation. To me, that is essential. I want to see bones breaking, muscle shifting and slowly seeing man become beast.
