I only have it on VHS, there were sooooo many rats, everywhere! I wonder how many takes were there getting that pig to poop.

I hope we get the tracks from the score that aren't actually on the CD. :o

Like when he first transforms, it starts out much differently when his hand starts changing. It sounds more uprising. It's also used during the final battle.

What the hell? :cmad:

It was decent. Nice to see a traditional horror film again, even if it had its flaws. I could overlook a lot because it was a fricken werewolf!

Acting ranged from great to average. Hugo Weaving certainly stole the show for me, the man is one of those natural actors, the craft seems to come so easily to him. The others... well... servicable would be the nicest way to describe them.

Score was good, atmosphere was good. The story wasn't up to much, but that was part of its charm, it was only meant to be a simple monster movie with some relatable characters. It was when they tried to overcomplicate it that things got messy. It also dragged in places, but luckily it was mercifully short, but it did feel in the moments between the next big "wolf out"

7/10

film score's mots rarely NEVER come with the complete score. Either we'll have to wait for a academy promotional score, expanded bootleg, or leaked promo.

I know Im late on it, but I picked up the 12" Wolfman todat at TRUs. Love it.

this is a epic bomb for Universal. A shame really. I was pulling for it to be a hit. Seems like there will never be a blockbuster werewolf movie...

I wonder, would the practical effects cost less then cgi? Hell, Baker would have propably done the transformation effects for free, since he cares about Wolfman more then the producers do.

"...thank God for Rick Baker" - Stan Winston.

:D

I'll get the Bluray. I'm interested in the unrated edition. the film had flaws but I thought it was far from the debacle some made it out to be.

Oooh!!!... man that's a s***ty cover. But I got to get it. And I don't even have Blue-Ray player yet.

badass. Only a few more months until I can watch it whenever the **** I want!

Curious as to what the 2 alternate endings are. I dont recall hearing about them prior to this. Maybe they get rid of the Abberline ending.

tehy had reshoots so tha tthey changed the ending. i think first they didnt want a fight.

To be honest, even though it was entertaining I think the movie could have done without that fight scene.

Definately getting this on blu-ray, I think the extra footage will help the movie a hell of a lot, and this was the type of movie made for Blu-ray also, the cinematography was pretty great.
