Wolverine VS. Sentinel clip

I've got to admit, i love the "IDEA" of this scene, however:

Tin man = unfinished, but the motion is probably close = animation is too quick.

LOVE the sentinal UNTIL:
Wolverine steps out from NO WHERE after the head rolls completely around?
= BAD DIRECTING.

I know the edits on the whole clip where not the final cut, just shortened for promo purposes - so i am not worried about the flow, just worried about decisions like the magically appearing wolverine.

Those have been the two strongest 'concerns'... Wolverine's sudden appearance, looking cool and unflustered despite having dropped 20ft to the ground... And the look of Colossus.

I think those are perfectly valid points and I hope they are sorted out before release.

The SR clip wasn't even worth comparing. Just isn't in the same league as the xmen clip

the x-men clip got me more excited about seeing the movie despite it looking unfinished

:wolverine

I liked the way in the 'tin man' part where Colossus looked over to Logan and walked over.... just sorta moved like a Terminator imo

and it will probably be the opening of the movie.

No it won't.
The opening will be a flashback to Jean's house.

Colossus probably says something...but that clip was to make Hugh Jackman's character look good. You could even hear Storm being cut off in one part of the clip. That clip was just a bunch of Wolverine's scenes cut and pasted together.

Wolverine's accent sounded different in that clip to the way it sounded in the previous two movies. Am i imagining that?

HY GUYS I JUST SAW THE CLIP, THAT WAS SO FREAKIN SWEET IT'S MAKING ME MISPELL FREAKING. :D

So this horrible clip is making you stupider? Does that make you feel stupid to follow such a catastrophe of a franchise?

Aren't people being a little dramtic here?

I'm planning to see both, I don't know about you.

same here.

As for the attitude of some people ,i dunno , some people try to reassure themselve in attacking one of the franchise, maybe..kinda immature..

It's not immature. There are always going to be people who agree with you or disagree with you and counter arguments are always VERY valuable, even in assessing those things you like. You have to recognize the faults in anything, even the things you like. It's important not to be niave. X-men III obviously has a lot more faults than other movies do. For most directors that scene we saw would be the first thing to get cut, believe me, it was horrible.

No, but apparently it's made you more ignorant. Respect other people's opinions, just like I have to respect yours about the clip, and don't be rude about it.

People can have their own opinions but at least recognize you like this clip BECAUSE it is stupid. Even if you don't know it, that IS why you like it. Know thyself. When people call you people blind fanboys, stop and think about it a little bit.

It's not an opinion wether or not this clip doesn't work cinematically for a variety of reasons, it's a fact.

It's your opinion that it's stupid.

I think it definitely needs some touching up, but that's my opinion.

That's how opinions work.

But i recognize the fauts , i find the clip really mediocre..

but i don't have the need to attack a franchise in comparing to the other, and neither the need to lack respect to other posters.

It doesn't help an healty debate ;)

Not really... no.

Why not? According to you, you managed to reach that conclusion with only the meagerest of evidence to support you, that shows great intuition.
