Wolverine VS. Sentinel clip

You aren't from the 'National Front' are you? j/k (I hope). What's wrong with a range of accents other than broad American? As for there possibly being a ridiculous of accents other than American, how is that? I can only think of a small minority of the cast that are characterised as having strong accents.

Though I don't mind Pyro not having his accent I can't help but feel that they're ignoring the character. Being an Aussie is a characteristic of the original, he needn't have an accent but the lack of it makes me think they haven't paid attention to an obvous detail. Sure the story doesn't really suffer but it is still taking away from the feeling of staying true to the comics.

I THINK IT IS IMPORTANT TO THE IDEA OF THE X-MEN.
The accent thing is important to the character so to reinforce
the all inclusiveness of the mutant kind.
Also in the real world once again,,, these "actors are getting paid a "grip"
(Millions) to act...SO....ACT!...African,Russian,German,Canadian....

Oh, and by the way...

And she's done nothing but suck in the X-Men films, DIE ANOTHER DAY, CATWOMAN, and so on. She occaisionally turns in decent work, but she's also capable of turning in some remarkably poor work as well.

So what...her Oscar expired?

Honestly, I thought it was quite cool that she showed up to accept her Razzie Award for 'Catwoman.' I think she's a good actress, and a good sport.

Considering one of my co-workers practically has a shrine of Halle photos over his desk, and he's an X-Men fan...not everyone dislikes her as Storm.

An Oscar doesn't guarantee an Oscar worthy performance every time. Halle is a very capable actress, IMO. I was impressed with what I've seen in the trailer. I was less than impressed with what I saw in the clip. The jury is still out (with me) with whether Halle gives us a convincing Storm.

Jesus, I don't think "nit-picking" is even the right phrase. It's more like you pick the nits that exist in the microscopic spaces that exist between the individual cells of the nits which can only be seen with an electron microscope. Then you breach the cell wall of the individual nits and pick around the cytoplasm until you've picked apart the damned nucleus.

Actually, I would say it's fairly balanced--some of the people with the biggest issues with this movie are the people who have been at the Hype the longest. For the most part, I would say a large number of the newer people are mostly supportive of this film.
