Wolverine VS. Sentinel clip

I must have low standards too, because they did fine by me.

I have amazing standards...and they sounded fine to me too.

Thats too far. You can't kick other people's opinions in the dirt.
I'm so sorry. Would you like a cuddle?

How is it nitpicking. He is stating the elements of the scene that don't work for him. How else are you supposed to discuss something?

It's not the Fastball Special because he spun around and grabbed Logan by the back? That is the definition of nitpicking.

Allow me to re-iterate what has been stated too many times to be conveniently counted:

You can hardly judge an entire movie based on 58 *****ing seconds. Is it so much to ask that we wait one month for this movie before we condemn the entire cast and crew to rot and burn in hell?

I mean, for God's sake, we've already waited 3 years; what's another 30 days?

Because New things cause people to come in and discuss the new things, and some of those people will dislike it.

which is fine you state your point im just saying this is what happens, after all where would the threads be without discussion. But i can't help it when ppl become so negative about it and then try to make it seem like you are wrong. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, don't try to change someone elses, tell them they are wrong, or insult them in any way for it.

Perhaps you are blinded by your love for the series. Try looking at it without your blind fan devotion. The dialogue in the scene is very stilted and arkward, as is the pacing.

with gushing praise, sith. Gushing praise.

You know, i liked the fastball special thing. That was cool.

The Fastball Special in the comics is a Giant Russian man throwing a dwarfish man in the palm of his freakishly huge hand...in a baseball wind up. Hugh Jackman is not a small guy and having him be launched out of a not so freakishly huge Colossus's hand WOULD BE INCREDIBLY UNBELIEVABLE....and worth the *****ing that it would get....so take the movie version of the Fastball special(more like a discus throw) and be happy with it.

Blind love? I'd never even read an X-Men comic before I saw the first movie.

Of course not, but it''s hardly just the people who dislike what they're seeing who do that.

So yeah, any thoughts on the terrible continuity of big white headlight eyes when the cheapo head clearly has red LED slit eyes?

Bless you. :)

Regarding Colossus' CGI... in such a tiny-ass clip, how can ANYONE judge the CGI?

As far as Storm being like her comic counterpart... look. As long as Halle Berry is portraying her, she'll NEVER be the commanding presence who acts like a freaking thunder god that she is in the comics. Halle's too soft for that. If you haven't accepted that by now, time to rewatch those first two movies to help drill the idea into your brain. The movieverse Storm isn't the comic storm. Oh well.

We've got Phoenix instead. I think that's a fair trade.

I don't think we can truly expect Jean to go totally "Phoenix" on us in this movie. She's not going to have the forces of creation giving her intergalactic system-destroying powers, you know? I expect she's more like "Dark Jean Grey" than true full-on Phoenix.

It was a chopped up scene for promotion! Wow, get it through your head!

You're right about the fastball. But the other criticisms stand.

I haven't seen anyone from the 'Clip liking' camp saying the 'Clip disliking' camp had low standards.

All I want to know is:
1) Are there more sentinels?
2) Do we actually see Wolverine decapate that thing?
