FF2 was the worst because it was so lacking in ambition. You can hardly say SPidey 3 lacked ambition, or Pirates 3, or even Die Hard 4. But Rise of the Surfer was almost a big budget TV movie. Really poor.

agree, Story just sucks at these type of movies, the movie had no style. Everything was just bad or average. The last fight was crap and Doom was crap.
