BvS Would Richard Grayson be part of this movie? - Part 1

I hope not. I would love to see Agent 37 on field.

For those who are not familiar with the current run - it's when Dick becomes a spy (working for Spyral...spying on Spyral for Batman).

What if they were to make Dick just a spy? It's certainly more interesting than Nightwing, IMO.

WB's get their own James Bond :D Plus, he's in DCEU..which means he can fight against a whole lot of things - magic, weird science and so forth :D

Well, I hope they're all dead. Dick, Jason, Jim Gordon, Barbara Gordon, Tim Drake, Lucius Fox, especially Carrie Kelly, Bat-Mite, Harold the Mute IT and Wayne Ent. secretary.

I also hope that Alfred will bite the dust by the end of this film as well.

I'll see myself out.

He's a spy working for Batman keeping an eye on ARGUS and Waller.

Okay okay. Let's say Dick is dead. Should he been seen in flashbacks then?

What about Jason Todd? Is it a good idea to introduce him in the Batman solo film and have him become second Robin there?

Yes, I believe that he would! I don't know if anyone has noticed that in the 2nd Bvs trailer the man being tortured with the batarang brand on his chest.. is actually Scoot McNairy.. I've viewed the trailer and this scene dozens of times. And I believe that it is old scoot. Maybe Robin didn't actually die... that he lived on and was tortured for years by the Joker. Thus says "The Jokes On You Batman" because he believed that he was dead for years. And if its not old Scoot.. then who the hell is the man in that scene? Thoughts anyone?

That guy definitely isn't Scoot. Just some random thug probably.

Why are people suggesting a dead Dick? Jason and Steph are supposed to be the dead ones, not Dick :loco:

You've not seen the gravestone set pic from BvS have you ?

Oh snap. No, I hadn't :csad:

I seriously hope that grave belongs to Dick's father, as I don't see the point having Dick as the dead Robin when they could have done that story with Jason. Besides I think killing any chances of using Nightwing would be stupid, given that these movies are supposed to be the beginning of the DC cinematic universe.

The grave could just be misdirection. For The Dark Knight Rises, the Bruce Wayne tomb actually said "Miranda Tate" in order to better conceal the plot; the tomb was changed to read "Bruce Wayne" via CGI.

Could be that they have no intention of doing Nightwing or Robin and plan to have Grayson either dead or back as Red Hood.

So... what if Dick is the dead Robin?

Seems quite likely that he is the dead Robin. We will have to wait for the Director's cut to know for sure most likely.

Doesn't mean they can't turn around in a later film and say that he's secretly alive somewhere, unbeknownst to Bruce.

My fear is that Snyder Jimmy Olsen-ed Grayson in order to not have to use him.

I think the most recent pic of JL production displays a Nightwing suit, no?

I honestly don't think we'll see any robin or batman protege. Under the red hood would probably be seen as a winter soldier rip off.

We may not see Red Hood. But given where Batman is as a character in BVS, I think Robin is coming.
