Wrestling Formally Announces Its Intention Of Interfering In This Thread - Part 235

Watching the ECW special on WWE Network, it's interesting that the guys that spoke with Corey Graves are the ones on good terms with the WWE.

I was surprised to see Taz. I don't know if you listen to the Taz show or not, but he always goes on about WWE possibly not welcoming him back due to the things he says. Could be a work though, it is wrestling related after all.

I think Taz legit thinks/thought WWE would want nothing to do with him because of how critical he can be of the product. But, I mean WWE recently used Raven for some ECW DVD, so anything is possible.

I think that they welcomed Taz to do the ECW special namely because he was one of the few ECW Originals who did not sue the WWE.

The whole Allie character work has really been pretty great, it's been a great build up to when she finally stands up for herself.

Regal a bit early in his reaction but still gold. Bliss arguably the best actor they have of the divas for me right now.

Regal's been around the block a few times, he could smell crazy on that lady even before she started dressing like a clown.

It didn't need to be a 20 min match. There is a big difference between 10 mins and 2 mins.

The next match should be an Iron Man match where Brock comes out the overall winner.

Then the "tie breaker" is a standard length match where Lesner doesn't get suckered in to losing fast, but Goldberg's conditioning fails.

Think Abomination vs Hulk.

Just finished RR92 on the network...Flair wins the belt but doesn't even get it hands on the title...all about Sid and Hogan. :oldrazz:

Having seen Mickie James at NXT Takeover: Toronto, it makes me think that she's the only one who has come back since the Women's Evolution and will be the only one. AJ Lee isn't ever coming back, Beth Phoenix and Eve are very content at being mothers and wives (I do think Beth would have considered a comeback had Edge not retired a five years ago). I do think that if Ivory, Molly Holly or Victoria come back, it'll be as coaches at the Performance Center.

I assume they didn't air Flair's post-match promo? He holds the belt there, and says "when you are King of the WWF you rule the world".

Hey I just notice this but is there any reason why WWE decided to go with Goldbergs WCW theme and not the one we got when we last saw him?

I don't know but I'm glad they did. That WWE theme was such a lame imitation. It just never felt as intimidating as the WCW theme, or Goldberg himself.

Yeah, after hearing news about Ronda Rousey, I'm not 100% certain the WWE should go after her now.

Why? What happened?

She had to be consoled after she walked away from her staredown with Amanda Nunes. She hasn't been the same since her loss to Holly Holm.

Meanwhile, another UFC Fighter the WWE is interested in had this just happen to him:

Has to be Helmsley's doing. They're listening to the fans!

Hogan wouldn't let Flair have his moment and was a crybaby about the outcome. Three years later, he would do this again with Savage at World War 3.

There's a rumor going around that WWE is planning a match between AJ Styles and the UT at the Royal Rumble. IDK how i feel about that but who knows.

It's not HBK, but I'll take it. The Phenom Vs. The Phenomenal One!

I listen to Tazs show on and off and his criticism is pretty even across the board - on WWE and other promotions he has issue with

No disrespect to Flair, but Bobby Heenan was the star of that PPV. His commentary during the RR match was some of the finest character work in wrestling history.
