Because Vince apparently doesn't like Sasha that much (at least that's what Meltzer seems to think). And yeah, champ Sasha becoming more and more arrogant and heelish, and then going into a WM match with babyface Bayley, would have been something new and interesting on Raw. Instead, Charlotte is champion AGAIN, and now we just swap out one babyface for another, ugh.

Also Sasha raising that belt in victory with that blood all over her face, would have been such a cool image, but alas no.
