World X-Men and Homosexuality: The Connection

Aye, she was in all the movies, but there was no backstory there. The backstory in TAS was minimal and with the main books... I'm still catching up on my backreading.

her back story in the main books is highly substantial, it just takes years and years to read it all. lots of characters in the movies/TAS had minimal backstory, her presence and level of fame sparked spin-off film rumors though

So do we really make ourselves better by comparing ourselves to the X-Men? The X-Men are part of a repressed community. Same as us. They are feared/hated. Same as us.

Not everyone in the world share's the view point of seeing as normal people that you began your post with. Not everyone is so accepting of us, and that's where the parallels with X-Men come in.

Sure, the X-Men is a great franchise, but it's not really making us better to say we are similar to mutants. Mutants for christ sakes!

Oh and I just found something. I combines the the heterotworld of the x-men with the gayworld of musicals. Doesnt it just make you wanna dance around, wear tights and sew lots and lots of sparkly things? U know the stuff that we do :heart:
