This is really horrible to say but I hope this movie tanks and whatever else Fox has planned for x-men I hope that tanks too, that way Marvel will have a chance to the get rights back to the X-Men Movies.

I think this movie better give Cyclops some credit where credit is due. On the same note, if Zac Efron ends up playing Scott...I'm not seeing this movie. That's how much he sux.

As long as FOX has the rights to Xmen I will always be dissapointed. They ruined X1, X2 I could kind of bare and X3 they ruined with Pheonix. Dont get me started on Wolverine Xmen Origins ha. I feel they could of had a totaly different set of movies to portray the Pheonix correctly, then the Dark Pheonix .
Now they are looking at how Marvel is doing things and they are like oh s*** we arent number one anymore for Comic Book Movies (because thats all there was for Marvel movies). Now Marvel is stepping in and doing things right (casting, screenplay, etc.) Again I feel that until Marvel gets back their rights itll never be right :/.

not necessary, given the "not to distant future" open ended timeline
you can't really put an exact year on when these movies take place
(or at least you shouldn't be able too)

Just joking but I'm sure he'll be mentioned for the role by younger female fans. I was just saying it would be a shame if it were waisted on someone like him.

I much prefer a rising kid star that is more unheard of for the role.

Yeah, but for the wrong reasons. I want Cyclops to be a central character because of the character itself and all his skills, abilites, ect ect. Not because he would be played by Zac ****ing Efron.

Hmm I wonder are the characters going to be post high school in their early 20's, I mean it could be like the X-men 1 with the team being established, but learning how to be a team and maybe some drama tween Emma/Jean/Scott just 2 get the ball rolling with her going to her dark side...

i would assume early 20s'. probably taking place a year or so after Wolverine Origins, but probably making no references to it (unless its like "that bearded man that helped us" or something)

I'm not gonna lie I didn't read through all 40 pages, so if this has been said I apologize for the repeat.

But I would like to see Sinister as a villain. More so for an X4 but he could be the villain in this First Class setting him as a villain again in X4. Obviously he would be interested in Scott and Jean possibly wanting to "recruit" them which is the conflict. Then by X4 he would just want their DNA since they obviously rejected him. But wait, they're dead. So Sinister in X4 would be unlikely unless they "bring back" Jean and Scott. Therefore Sinister's best chances might be in the First Class.

I was thinking maybe the same color scheme as Beast's suit in X3 or blue and black like Storm's suit when she found Jean at Alkalai lake in X3

he probably will since in the movieverse its part of his mutation. maybe it could be less fur- instead of his entire body just more where it grows heavier (arms, chest, face, etc.) with blue skin.
