Sequels X-Men Orgins: Gambit

Well since he is not being used and not being used right why not Gambit get an orgin story. This way he can be put in movies and used right and fans get to see him.

They should just make a solo film and call it Gambit . I think it could work . It's sad to see a good character go to waste.

Yeah! Gambit's one of my favorite X-men!!! I was so pissed off the way they kind of used him as a convenient plot hole cover-up in X-men Origins! They should definitely make a Gambit movie, and have Rogue not be all up in Iceman's business like in the other X-men movies!

I'd see it. Kitsch did a pretty good job for what he had to work with IMO.

It would be nice to see Kitsh return to the role , he performed well with what he was given.

I think they could Gambit in X4, just say that shortly after the events of Wolverine that Stryker captured Gambit again and froze him with the intention of experimenting on him, but he escaped recently once de-thawed, could be a to show how he hasnt aged since Origins.

Maybe Gambit helps a mutant with the power of time travel to escape from being hunted. The mutant gets scared, uses their power, unintentionally causes Gambit to travel as well. Both land at the mansion.

Or have the X-Men travel back to Gambit's time. then they can meet Wolverine before he joined the X-Men. Gambit could show them around the place.

^Nah, dont really want time travel introduced into these X-Men movies, though I would love to see Bishop and Cable integrated somehow.

I would only accept the freezing thing because we saw Stryker's son frozen in Wolverine, so i think it would be a good way of getting Gambit in X4 but not looking significantly older than people he shouldnt be.

I doubt a starring role will happen if he's shooting the Mars trilogy, but I can see him squeezing face time for a supporting role in an X-sequel.
