Sequels Lauren Shuler Donner talks X-Men: First Class, Gambit and Deadpool

She could have if it had been well-written. I think that was what made it suck, honestly.

Wow. Have you ever read Gambit's first on-going? He's an interesting character even without Rogue. And how can characters like Elektra carry their own movie when Gambit can't?

Elektra is known for being a loner far more greatly then gambit is...

sorry but i don't really want to see a gambit movie about him and the thieves guild... sounds really boring

That's fine. That's your opinion, but I just thoroughly disagree.

Huh? Read the Gambit thread, pal. I am not a Kitsch fangirl by any stretch of the imagination.

yeah i totally in love with Taylor, but i def. dont want a Gambit spinoff movie!

please... most of you just want to see more taylor kitsch period.

:whatever:
No I want to see more GAMBIT period.

but not in a spin-off YET, and the thieves guild story isn't boring at all, but that's your opinion.

I agree to that! I think the Thieves' Guild is a very interesting part of his history and worth translating onto the big screen (in a solo or an X-men film).

Taylor Kitch isn't that pretty...until his shirt comes off...

Exactly  it's really interesting and it would be very entertaining to watch in a movie.
I wish they could incorporate this in a X-men movie because a spin-off is not going to happen any time soon, and I'm glad for that :p
