Fox needs to learn how to make manips :o
Ben Foster is not even near Jackman' height. And this is the least of the problems in that pic.

Now, it's OBVIOUS that it's fake. Looks at Ben's neck. Parts of it are erased. Totally fake. Shawn's head doesn't look right.

Hey...has anyone hear of this yet?
http://www.xmenfilms.net/xnews/127.html

They gave me a preview copy of Cinefex earlier this week, and it's a must for anyone who's interested in behind the scenes stuff. The magazine itself is really cool and has Superman Returns cover on it (cool image).

The magazine is $12.50, it has lots of pics. There's some 'new' photos here, and lots of screen grabs directly from the film (Logan next to Sentinel head, Dark Phoenix with hair flowing and veiny face, etc). They show a side by side comparison of how Ian really looked filming that early scene of him and Xavier at young Jean's house, and they compare it to what we see in the final film. There a small pic of Juggernaut without his armor.

  • WETA did 178 shots for the film (Alcatraz battle, Iceman transformation)
  • Lola VFX did the Xavier/ Magneto deaging sequence (99 shots)
  • The Movie Picture Company did Jean Grey's returm, anmd atomizing of Xavier
etc...there were over 920+ visual effects in the film from what they listed. 13 visual effect companies worked on X3.

Also there's cool shots of Famke/Patrick in a huge green screen room for the 'mind battle' scene.

They show the construction of the Golden Gate bridge set.

That photo we've seen of Logan walking towards Jean in the final battle? They have the original greenscreen image (very cool).

There's lots more! It's a great article, and I think every fan would enjoy the read! I don't really like the format of the magazine though, cause the pages are falling out, lol :D :)

It should be in stores now:

I wish I could. I don't have a scanner, and the one person I know with a scanner is out of town for a whole week :(

Darn, I was just about to ask... :p

It's not perfect, but a good group pose, I think, like a comic cover... not like the original pic, all separated:

Maybe here? I posted that on the "X3 Photo Album" thread couple of days before X3 opened. Dunno if that's the same I posted but anyway. I got it from official source/place/whatever so it's really a Fox pic. A really bad one.
