No Way Home "You've Stuck Your Webs In My Business For The Last Time!" Alfred Molina Returns As Doctor Octopus

For sure! I'm honestly was not expecting the coat to be there or at least not the same one. It's literally spot on!
I think it makes sense if Octavius was taken out of his universe moments before his death. He would have to appear the exact same way he did since the last time we saw him.

I hope someone has a towel handy for him when he comes back because he's coming out of that river and he's going to be soaking wet.

Yes and that appears to be the case I think. Now we just have to see the tentacles haha, which obviously must be the same.

We do see
a very brief shot a tentacle slamming into the ground before Ock appears in the leaked footage. Evebn though it was blurry as hell it did look like his tentacles from SM4, with the larger pincers

He probably got out of that river before he entered the MCU.

I’m thinking there is going to be a power play between him and Goblin with him “becoming good” and double crossing him.

Yea I would like to see something like this. If you have GG and Ock on the same team, they are not going to play along for very long.

Are we sure thats the moment Ock is pulled put of? It seems to me itd be better if Ock and Tobey's Spiderman were pulled into the MCU when they were having their train fight. That way Ock is still a villain. Plus if he's pulled from the river his arms will be shorted out and broken when he arrives in the MCU-verse.

Molina said it's from the moment in the river in the Variety interview.

There could be a contuinity error as to why he's not soaking wet like he was at the end of SM2, but this ain't Cinemasins, it wouldn't be an important detail.

We haven't seen yet how he ends up in the MCU so I wouldn't start worrying about continuity errors.

Molina said that is where Doc Ock's story picks up, he didn't say that would be the first time we see him in a scene during the movie

Continuity errors aren't nearly as important as people make them out to be. Unless it's so glaring that it overshadows everything else in a film, who gives a toss?

The tentacle VFX isn't as good as the 2004 film, ironically.

Currently working of getting a HD gif for Doc Ock.

I’m happy they didn’t change the design for the tentacles!

That ending gave me chills when Molina uttered, “Hello, Peter!”
