Fury wasn't at his best. I'd say he was at 70% of what he could be, he was heavier but not stronger like he was in the 2nd fight. I could see it from his body composition, bigger around the mid-section and with less muscle around the back, shoulders and arms. I think he trained more and better for the 2nd fight, him and his team all admitted that the camp and lead up to the fight hadn't been according to plan.
I think Fury was sluggish and reckless at times. I feel like this fight was more brawn than brain, but still Fury pulled the W because he's simply a better fighter/boxer in most departments. Fury has Wilder's number. Fury's sheer size, skill and determination are Wilder's kryptonite.
I also think that Wilder is a problem for most fighters out there. If you're not defensively sound, can move and apply pressure then you'll probably get taken out. He's in the Top 5 for sure. I think Usyk would probably find an antidote for Wilder, otherwise i don't see anyone capable of taking him out. Maybe AJ but i kind of doubt it and Whyte could apply pressure but he lacks the defensive capability and skill to avoid those heavy shots.
