While I don't think Chloes return will be anywhere as bad as Lana's, I do expect to get some convoluted story of what a "hero" Chloe is that will sort of be pointless and a minor bump in the road(but at least it won't drag Clark down with her)

I hope we don't get that at all.

You'd think Smallville would figure out what to do with Chloe that doesn't involve her being anointed for sainthood. As Lionel would say.

Beacon makes me think of a shining beacon of light in the darkness.
Let's hope they don't decide to make her ascend.
Like Dr. Jackson. Or Cordelia from Angel.

Because I think that Smallville is over Chloe being the Godhead. (A reference to God) I hope they are over that.

I really don't want to need Superboy Prime's powers.

For some reason, when I see Beacon as the title, I think that it's going to involve Zod. Could this be Callum Blue's guest appearance this season?

That would be interesting to see what Zod does/says.

MAybe we can finally have that scene between Zod and Chloe that should have happened last season.

I hope this will be a Clark centric episode, pushing him to be a beacon of hope and we get some big reveal from him to the world but unfortunately, there's a strong possiblity of this being Chloe's return episode and I'm expecting the worst (aka Power and Supergirl all over again!)

well we wont know its far to early, since we wont be seeing this episode to like feb anyway. Hopefully it will be a good written/directed episode and if it is chloe return they do a good return for her character.

RagingTempest, It won't be as bad as Power, and Clark flew in Supergirl, which trumps any bad effects of that episode. Also, Lois in Bondage, nuff said.

I think this episode will probably show that Clark is the beacon of light. He is Superman after all.

I've been wrong before, so hey.

And I don't think, Van, we'll get an arc about the Search for Chloe.

Maybe Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money.

And yeah, if my Flashback hope holds any weight, Chloe will show her true colors.
