Intent doesn't ****ing matter. The Boy was screaming on the ground crying for his mom.

Exactly. If a man forcibly penetrates a woman using an inanimate object, should that not count as rape because it didn't make his penis feel good? Some people are unfortunately quite clueless, and forget that rape is a crime because of what happens to the VICTIM, not because someone's peepee gets happy.

I just find it sickening that some people will just dismiss this as "overreacting".

What happened was horrible and the girls should be punished but why are people bringing up rape? There was no rape.

Intent doesn't ****ing matter. The Boy was screaming on the ground crying for his mom. The girls were bullying him. The girls were undressing him without his consent. This is a crime. What don't you idiots understand. It doesn't matter their ****ing intentions, this is still a ****ing crime. If I shoot someone and I didn't mean it, well thats called manslaughter and im still going to jail. Also think about how this boy felt. Not only was he embarrassed, this is on the internet now and now people at school might bully him more for getting picked on by girls. Also think about the mental aspects of this. You people know bullies sometimes do **** up things right? I hope you don't forget this if somebody comes shoot up a mall your in you morons. Who knows what this boy might do to women or his feelings toward women. These girls deserve punishment. This is not a joking matter. Think about it about it for a second would you. It was a 11 year boy. Some boys at that age aren't thinking about girls. Think about it if you were in in his shoes and not a porn watching virgin who thinks this could be a man's fantasy. But whatever, the people who think this is a joke don't care so this rant is pointless but I had to get this **** off my chest.

Love this post. Anyone who disagrees is wrong. :word:

I totally agree with the boy's mother that pressing charges would be a huge over-reaction.

It was just a childish prank by elementary school kids, and the girls' parents should punish them if need be.

This kind of bullying is very commonplace, but there was obviously no sexual intent or sexual abuse.

Yeah I agree with that.

It definitely wasn't a rape, obviously, but the fact that some are dismissing that this was a sexual assault at all is most troubling because it plays into the discredited myth a man being sexually violated by a woman is not as bad as a woman being violated by a man.

Well, lets see how fun you'll have if you had your clothes forced off by a bunch of FAT UGLY WOMEN.

It shocks me that the mother won't press charges and that the police haven't taken matters into their own hands.

If three young boys had done this to an 11 year old girl, and posted it on youtube they'd be registered sex offenders by now and living under a bridge.
:argh:
All that remains is scribbling on the boy's body

Is it monstrous from my side that I feel like slapping these girls myself?

Ugly fat women? I don't go to Comic Cons :lmao:

But seriously..

I'd kick their fat asses before that happened.

It sucks for the kid that he's pretty much defenseless, being only 11.... but the girls who did it are kids too, and it wasn't a sexually motivated assault. Just a chlidish prank by kids. Big deal.

Then you'd be charged with assault. And that would be the end of you.

You cant proclaim self defense when it comes to women. Double...standard for the ****ing win eh?

They always wanted to be equals, they shouldn't have a problem being punched back by guys and stuff

lol.

It doesn't always work that way. Once a girl slapped me in a club in front of security (long story :oldrazz:)and I pushed her out of my way, and she got 'escorted' out.

I know how to navigate my way through the double standard paradox, and I also accept that women are the weaker sex so the double standards are justified.

A man should try to avoid raising a hand to a woman. Even the Jersey Shore mutants get this concept. The double standards aren't going anywhere, they are necessary due to the gender dichotomy and physical differences.

Yes I would react differently, Boys have different intentions when it comes to a situation like this BUT this video isn't about that..

The direct actions of an attacker greatly outweigh any abstract intentions the attacker had while doing it.

That does not make it more acceptable for a woman to sexually violate a man than if it's the other way around.

Just when I thought America couldn't get any more f***** up. :cmad:

As a man, I am absolutely SICKENED by this.

An 11-year-boy is sexually assaulted by three 14-year-old girls... and is anyone pressing charges? Is anyone being disciplined? Nah, this is America. Land of the free, home of the brave. Thank goodness it wasn't three 14-year-old BOYS doing this to an 11-year old GIRL. Otherwise the three boys would be in prison for life under rape charges. It's time to get our crap straightened out, America.

I'm sorry, but how is this NOT rape? And then the girls put this on YouTube, and nobody is charged with child pornography? This is seriously screwed up. Men across the world should unite in anger over this.

Maybe this will set a legal precedent. Now 11-year-old boys can be sexually assaulted live on the Internet, for the world's viewing pleasure.:whatever::whatever:

People need to be angry; and if this thread is any indication, many people are. And that's a good thing because it means there's still a chance for change.

This should never be allowed, to anyone, by anyone, ever. Period. I can't believe the world isn't in a riot over this. We should be 1990s L.A. demanding this boy some justice.

This wasn't a practical joke, it was an impractical serious.

I can't believe there are actually people trying to defend these three little harpies. :barf:
Sadly, I'm not surprised in the least. This attitude is sadly too prevalent. Seriously, look at whenever this discussion comes up with "Teacher X male student." It's as Timstuff said, there's an attitude of "Dude, why're you cryin' you got laid, enjoy!" Because of that problem, men aren't going to say anything due to the lack of sympathy, the ridicule, and accusations of "maybe you kinda wanted it?" along with a self imposed guilt of "why did I then react? Were they right? Did I really want this on some level" causes men to suffer in silence.

When I was younger I never thought that "overt predatory rapes" of men could happen, I just thought things would most likely manifest in the person of power misleading an unknowing minor. In the past couple of years I've read cases of women showing a more overt tactic. In one case men near a European stretch of land would commonly bike there. A group of women would ambush the men by first knocking them off their bikes. In another case a young woman would meet men, drug them at her place and have her way with them.

The reason I bring these cases up is that whenever an "expert" is trotted out and claims that men can't be raped due to women not being as violent or some other cause. Well, there's an exception to every perceived rule.

This case is unsettling because of how it plays into all those stereotypes of when a man is assaulted by a woman. No action is being taken, people are probably having a depraved laugh at this, and this poor kid is going to face hell for the foreseeable future.

I hate how this is being labeled as a "prank." When I was a kid, a prank was basically being a bit of a tool to get a laugh. This is a traumatic incident due to the initial attack and the reactions now and later that'll follow him.

Ugh, this world is going down the damn crapper...

They always wanted to be equals

Most want all the good that comes with equality and as little of the bad as possible. They want equal pay......but I pay for dinner. Its human nature, maximize pros/minimize cons. They will talk a big game and then throw the "poor wittle girl" act around when it gets rough or need something. Just how it is, right or wrong.

Honestly i'm not that outraged by this but its definitely a double standard. I was raised with a lot of testosterone and just wouldn't be bothered by this that much. From a legal perspective we should be treated equally though, even if we don't always treat each other that way. Just because it doesn't bother me doesn't mean I can't see the hypocrisy or even some of the double standards that i'm comfortable with and recognize them as such.

I completely agree that if it was the other way around the boys would be on the gallows by now.

The girls should be arrested and charged as juveniles.

For the people calling this a "prank," maybe Christopher Walken should "prank" you sometime...
