15 Minutes 15 Minutes with Byrd Man

Where did you go camping?

Where did you go camping?

Of the two times I went, the first time was to a state park in Georgia. It was also a place with horse trails. We kept our horses next to the tent. Hard enough to sleep on the hard ground for me, especially with the smell of those horses.

Second time was at a state park just outside my home town. Not sure why we went, think it was because my father had just bought a boat and he wanted to camp and spend time on the water during the 4th of July weekend. We all had trouble sleeping at night. Hot and humid, so we were two days into the camping thing when we gave up and drove two miles down the road to our house. Rest of the week we spent our days at the campsite and on the lake, but we just went home and slept at night.

That's my kind of camping

Look behind you and tell me what you see, please?

...some might call that cheating. :oldrazz:

Look behind you and tell me what you see, please?

A purple wall with a tiny cockroach...now a dead cockroach running up it. And I think MB is in the next room, I can hear him sobbing himself to sleep.

...some might call that cheating. :oldrazz:

It may be that, but I'm in the AC, away from the bugs. I don't care if it's cheating, I like it.

For your information, that's not sobbing.

It's weeping. :csad:

I don't even want to talk about what the rest of your body is doing.

Video killed The Radio Star, Christopher Cross' career, Abraham Zapruder, and Michael Richards' career.

Snooki, Paris Hilton, and Lindsey Lohan? Who would you sex, kill, and marry?

Kill Snooki, have sex with Paris, and marry Lohan. I'm a sucker for conjugal visits.

What's your favourite place on Earth?

The inside of my car while I'm driving. One of my favorite things to do is to just drive for a long period of time on the highway. I can zone out, not worry about my problems and just listen to the radio. Probably the closest I've ever come to therapy is riding in my car.

Whats your favorite flavour crisp (potato chip)?
Not really into chips, but you can't go wrong with sour cream & onions.

Look, you got a time machine, where you going to?
This might sound morbid or sick, but I'd want to go back to August 6th, 1945. That's the day Hiroshima was bombed. I want to witness it, from a safe distance obviously. It was a sad, tragic event, but it's probably the biggest single moment of the 20th century. It changed the future of modern, large-scale conflicts forever.

Favorite bond?
Connery. Can't go wrong with the original

Favorite part of a woman/man, depending on your sexuality.
I love a woman with curves. Boobs and butt are always a plus, but there's something sexy about a woman with a nice shape.

You get home and there's a celebrity of your choice in your bed, who is it?
Probably Christina Hendricks. Like I said, I love curves, and I also love redheads.

Favorite item of pick n' mix?
Gummie Bears

Favorite Ghostbuster?

Ever walked in on someone having sex, if so who was it and has anyone

Haven't walked in on anyone, and the closest anyone came to walking in on me was when me and a co-worker were making out at work one night and another co-worker walked in.

Would you stop, collaborate and listen if ice was back with his brand new invention?
Damn right, but Ice is now doing construction...so, we'll have to wait and see about that

Byrd is the word, haven't you heard?

Just a heads up, I'm trying to quote from the song in Grease, not that song Family Guy ruined.

I love that you'd use a wish on never ending grapes, you're a man who certainly loves his grapes.

You're goddamn tooting I love me some grapes

But about the execution, I was one of three media witnesses to the execution of a convicted murderer. He was a self-proclaimed white supremacist who murdered one of his followers in cold blood after the man refused to burn down an apartment building filled with mostly black people.

He always said he was innocent, even up until the time he was on the gurney and they were about to stick the needle in. Took him about fifteen minutes to die. I was afraid it'd mess me up, but I rarely think about it. I suppose if he'd had been killed some other way, I would have thought different.

Actually created a thread about it when I was still debating on going or not.

Well kinda. He died, I watched him die. I know he died, but it was very gentle. It wasn't like I watched him hang or be electrocuted. It happened in the afternoon and I was a bit off after I left the prison and on the drive back to the radio station I worked at. It a bit heavy on my mind the rest of the night, even after I wrote and recorded my story. I was a bit afraid that I might have some kind of nightmare but I went to sleep, slept fine, and woke up the next morning. I don't really think about it much, this thread is the first time I've even thought about it in months actually.

what kind of grapes are you favorite?
I love red, seedless grapes. I hate is biting into a seed.

have you ever tried putting them in the freezer?
No, but I do like them when their nice and cold from the fridge.

Who would be your wrestling tag team partner, dead or alive?
Ric Flair. I'm a huge Flair fan, grew up in Flair country. WHOOOOOOOOOO!

Fave song from a musical?
I'm not big on musicals, so I'll say Minnie the Moocher from the Blues Brothers movie. It counts as a musical!

You, me or trusty: best Inside the Poster's Studio host?

That's really a tough one. You started it, I took the ball and ran with it and trusty picked up where I left off. We all had our own strengths, but I'd have to say me, just out of sheer volume. I had the most interviews, but that's really the only thing that separates the three of us. Take that away, we're all neck and neck.

Harvey Birdman or classic Bird Man?

Havey Birdman, no contest

Worst film sequel of all-time?
Men in Black II

Favorite format of writing?
It's one I've rarely done, but it's one of my favorites. Sort of a first person stream-of-consciousness. I got the idea from James Ellroy's novel White Jazz. It's clipped and fast-paced, with short sentences leading towards other. Like how we think about things. I enjoyed writing in that style, but I think people not familiar with it can get confused by it.

Any popular singer/band now that you cannot stand?

I don' know if it counts as a band or whatever, but the folks from Glee. They take perfectly good songs, auto-tune them to hell and back and the songs sell like hotcakes on Itunes!

Put your iPod on shuffle..what are the first five songs that play?
