So there's this guy at my work, and I totally gotta tell him he sucks at his job. What's the nicest way for me to say it?

tell him his good qualities and then tell him the things he needs to improve on. if he has potential to be a good employee, then offer to help him a little.

From someone who got gallbladder problems and stones at a early age from family history, i've definitely learned I can't eat whatever I want and not worry. there are still some things I won't eat because it used to trigger the pain attacks and I still associate them in my mind

*Touch Your Nose W/ Your Tongue?
No but I can tie a cherry stem in a knot with my tongue

*Would You Choose To Live Forever If You Could?
I've actually thought about that and I am not sure. While death honestly terrifies me, I don't know if I could live longer than everyone I've ever cared about. I've already forgotten so many memories from losing people so young that I don't think I'd want to live forever.

*If you suddenly had the means to do what ever you wanted, what is the first thing you would do?

Eliminate my debt and my family. Tear our house down to the ground and build a new one. Build some little league fields in my community and then who knows.

What film are you looking forward to this year?
The Last Airbender mostly

What is you favorite thing about the new Windows 7?

I love how quick it loads, the tagging, how it combines windows and doesn't clutter up the task bar. How you can right-click a program and pull up a recent document, etc.

Would I have been ok? If you're getting something from this wreck, be it a new perspective on life, an epiphany, etc then that might be where you needed to be at that time.

What do you do if you can't decide what present to get your friend?

I'll usually drop hints or say things to see if they have something already or to see if there's anything they want but don't want to buy themselves. If that fails, then it's usually a meal and day out complements of me.

Italy, more notably Rome. I want to see the architecture and the history of the area

What is the most difficult challenge you have ever faced and how did you resolve it?

probably living without water and electricity. those times were rough and they really put things into perspective for you. you taken such simple things for granted, brushing teeth, washing hands, lights, etc. When you don't have those things it really sucks and when you get them back it makes you appreciate them more.

I like it so far. I'm the low rung on the totem pole but i'm ok with that.

Reggie's a good friend of mine, i just think people joke around cuz we started the skype thing and he makes fun of my accent so much.

Storm. If it was White Phonix (my fave incarnation of the Phoenix Force) then I would've went with that

I love both, but right now I'm enjoying country a lot more. there's too much shallow r&b right now and although i do love mindless feel good songs, i'm not mentally into the shallowness at the moment
