What would you do if Batman and all Batman related things were banned in the US?
Probably be furious, and garner some way to get it unbanned. Or I'd smuggle it in & sell it all on the black nerd's market.

What is your second most favorite comic book character? We all know your #1.
Hahaha, Harley Quinn & the Joker are my #1. #2 is harder though.... I mean, I like a LOT of characters, and pretty much the entire Batman Universe I'm in love with.... hmm, that's a toughie. I have to think about that more.

Where will you be in 10 years?
Hopefully I'll be in a successful career(s), and living with my boyfriend instead of having him so far away. Maybe starting a family already.

What is your favorite thing to draw?
Women, definitely. All kinds, all shapes, etc. Personally I think women are the most beautiful creatures on the planet and there are SO many different types of "beautiful", I never get bored drawing them/us. Plus, I can use myself as a reference!

Can you make a living at drawing?
I certainly hope so. I've gotten many requests by people who want to buy something I draw, but I've always politely declined thus far because I don't think I'm ready yet. I know I'm talented, but I'm not great. I need lots and lots of improvement before I'd be comfortable doing it professionally. Anyways, my "real" career choice is an Art Director. Art Directors oversee and are very involved in the entire outcome of a product such as movies, TV shows, magazines, book covers, advertisements, etc etc etc. I thought this would be a good career for me because it combines my love of art with the more stable business side. People will always need art directors. I like to think I'm a good natural leader as well. However, my "dream" job that I'd like to work on in addition to going to school to be an art director is a comic book artist.... just doing the insides would be thrilling enough, but my ultimate dream is to be a huge name in the business, doing covers happily and having sculptures made of my designs and everything. I am never going to stop going after this, no matter what my "real job" is.

What is your favorite kind of weather?
Overcast all the way! I really don't enjoy sunny weather because I love being pale, and I have kinda sensitive eyes. Also, when it's raining, it's my favorite time to sit outside under a canopy and listen to the rain and sort of let it clear my thoughts. It's a great de-stresser and I always think more clearly afterward.

Would you murder an innocent baby with your bare hands if it meant saving the lives of your parents?
Yes, I would. This reminds me of the time in class when my teacher asked who in the room would kill a two year old baby. I was the first and only one to raise my hand - I didn't know the circumstances, and I wouldn't go out and randomly murder a baby but if it came down to it I WOULD - & everyone was appalled. Then he nodded slowly and asked again, who would kill a two year old baby if it was in the middle of a busy city with bombs strapped to it and if they didn't kill it the bombs would go off. Everyone else raised their hands, pfft, and they judged me for raising mine first.

No. Well, hmm, probably not on a baby.

Oh I have lots of favorite shoes. For everyday comfortableness, I just like these sandals that have a bright colored flower on them. For other stuff, I have tons of high heels in all kinds of styles and colors that I love. I don't like to feel tall, though, so it's like a love-hate relationship.

Where would you like to travel to?
France, definitely, and New York. Japan too, but in like 20 years.

Ever had a reoccuring dream?
Yeah, but I can't really remember it now. It was a while ago, I think it was of me wearing a robe and walking into a dark room with a table, and as I walked to the table someone stabs my calf and I just fall and try to figure out where to go and somehow always bleed to death. I had that dream like every other night or so for about three to four months.

Yeah. It didn't really hit me at first that that might be a possibility for me. I guess it didn't click when I was like 11 or so and my mom starting asking me about "cute boys at school" and I honestly didn't find any of them attractive, or when she'd point out random boys in public and be like, "He's hot, right?" or when my friends would talk about "what a hottie" some guy was and I just nodded and smiled but still didn't find them attractive. I started realizing the idea of wow, I might be gay at like 14 or so and started exploring and accepting the idea. Now, I don't know what you'd like to call me, but I do know that 1) I am more attracted to the person's personality than what their gender is, 2) for JUST external appearances, I find women MUCH more attractive than men, and 3) I am attracted to a handful of men, one of which is my boyfriend and half of which aren't even real, haha.

How did you meet him?
A joint high school/middle school.

I do both, actually. It depends on what I'm referencing! If it something basic, like torso shape or a simple pose, I can just run back and forth when needed. But if it's more complex, like a hand pose or something at an odd angle, I take a cell phone pic and reference it off of that.

Are you planning on going to art school?
Like I said before, I want to be an Art Director as my "real job," so I'll go to art school if I need to or if I need to go to regular college & get a business degree I'll do that instead/too. I've never had any art classes before, so it would be exciting to go to art school to really learn my craft & hone in on skills.

I wear sunglasses all the time when I'm out. I just can't function well without them, and definitely can't drive without them in the daylight. I love Raybands, but I usually just end up buying cheap sunglasses because I break them so frequently. The darker the better!

I love watching the storms and the rain. I don't have any unusual lightning stories, but this reminds me, I need to look up how to stay safe in a lighting storm. I was just out this morning when there was a huge storm, I was in the middle of a muddy field and there was nowhere to go expect run 2 miles back to the car, barefoot in the water and dirt and with harsh rain that felt like cold needles coming straight at me!

On any site I use the name "HARLS," I get at least a handful of people who call me Haris straight off the bat and think I'm male. I don't know why it's more logical for people to think I'm a male named Haris with one R who randomly capitalized the i rather than to just call me Harls like a normal reading person should. You have NO IDEA how many people call me it, it's not even funny. I guess it kind of evolved into an inside joke, because now SHH friends call me it on purpose :P

Where do you most want to visit and/or live?
I'd love to visit France. Their culture is so interesting to me.

How many times have you visited Disney World? When was your first time? Last time?
Oh goodness, countless times. First time was when I was three, then I visited once or twice a year after that until I moved to FL, now I visit it all the time/anytime I want, and my last time was last Tuesday.

What is your favorite ride/attraction?
At Disney? Hmm, it's Space Mountain for Magic Kingdom.... Test Track @ Epcot... Everest @ Animal Kingdom,.... and Tower of Terror @ Hollywood Studios! Though I have lots of favorites.

What is your favorite show that you have to see if you go?
Again, Disney? Probably the Beauty & The Beast Show. It's spectacular and I love watching it.

I don't think I've seen every one of her films, but I've seen many of them! I think my favorite has to be the classic, "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes."

They're holding up great actually! I had to repair them once, but that's expected. I don't wear them in mud or rain. But they're still all in one piece & still look good, so I'm happy!

Hmm... I want to say wild & passionate, but then I'd worry about the other one being TOO wild and passionate with the wrong people, ie, not me. So I suppose a quiet calm one if I had to choose.

I really liked HUSH. I thought it was a great story & a wonderful example of Gotham & it's inhabitants.

I don't really read any not by DC or Marvel. It's sad, but I'll get around to it eventually. I want to check out Sin City & Hellboy.

I would really love it, but I don't think I could. I just got into my first real art class and I'm already drawing my brains out, and then I feel like I have to uphold to all these standards and that I'd just end up disappointing you and this big mess.... so probably not, I'm very sorry. I do like hearing suggestions though; maybe I'll draw something someone suggests as a warm up or if I'm stuck or something.

No. I got the very outer parts of it, so basically just rain and wind. Other than soaking the inside of my car, everything is good.

What do you think about Harley's reboot costume?
I hate it so much. When I first saw it, I was like Oh that's interesting fanart. But then I learned it was canon and got super upset & disgusted. Sin City was great. If you liked the movie, you'll like the comic. They used the actual comic dialogue throughout the movie. I get the feeling you'd enjoy Invincible too. It has a very Spider-Man feel, but darker.

It's no big deal, and nothing to feel sorry over.

Not as many as I'd like... my computer crashed a few months ago and I had to redo my whole itunes account, so I'm slowly buying them all back but right now I have like less than 100 because I've been heavily using Pandora. I used to have a decent amount, over 1000 songs.

You haven't seen Sin City? When you're done reading the comic, it's definitely worth watching. It's my favorite comic book movie.

If you do try Invincible, make sure to start from the beginning. You could jump on at certain points and not be confused, but you'd be missing out on some great stories.

As for Disney, I prefer Splash Mountain at MK(I find Space Mountain too herky-Jerky), and Rock and Rollercoaster at Hollywood Studios, but I do agree with Test Track and Everest, although I enjoy the Kali Rapids and Dinosaur quite a bit.

I would probably put the Lion King and Fantasia above Beauty and Beast although that show is a strong 3rd. The one I care about the least is Finding Nemo. I actually left after 15 minutes.
