nope, i take isssue with your blanket assertion that "new threads and new posters" are what keep this board running. this board is pretty much frequented by the same people day in day out, and while we are always open to new posters, were pretty content to keep talking amongst ourselves. n00bs are welcome but not required. That being the case, just about everything that could possibly be discussed about smallville, already has a thread created for it. why do we need 5 threads about clark and glasses...especially when the debate has been had a million times before. simple answer: we don't.

...so if you want to know "the point of a comment like that" its this: use the search function.

and trust me, if i could close the thread i would.
