Big Ten is a top Conference...We've all(Big Ten) beat each other up this year...Next year MSU will be 9-3

Most of the asses out there look fine to me.....

I don't have a problem with the top. Oklahoma has the best argument outside of LSU.

At least the polls have more merit in the BCS than in years past... seems like the top two teams that play in the Championship game are the two teams that make the most sense mathmatically and personal opinion doesn't really affect it that much IMO. At least we won't have a team like Nebraska (01) or OU (03) getting into a game when they don't even win their division/conference. For what it is... the BCS is finally getting it right.

That said... it should be LSU, USC.

And what happens to Kansas now... do they get into the BCS over Missouri? That's what has me really curious... and that would be a damn shame.... Georgia deserves an AT Large as does Hawaii and Missouri. I am hearing ASU will be the other team as they probably should.

Even after all the crazy crap this season has brought, we end up with a probable BCS matchup of the usual suspects that blows goats.

I think I'm gonna be sick...

Well it is not a sure thing yet, that's just the AP. Which is just a part of the overall BCS formula. Though more than likely, that is what we will still get. :down

Hell I'd rather see OU in it, and that's saying a lot after last night.

good game badger. I just hope the loss shut some of the fans up

In all fairness, if the shoe was on the other foot it wouldn't have been any different. OU isn't exactly known for humble fans either.

Don't you have a sister/brother you need to sleep with. :cmad:

Just kidding, good game. Congrats. I mean it about OU going to the NC Bowl.
thats arkansas, not us. but I hope they do take into consideration when they vote that one of ou's losses came because of an injury:csad:

Thats horrible logic. If you want to say that, then Oregon needs to be in the hunt still.

The AP actually had the good sense to turn its back on this BCS nonsense a few years ago. The glorious Harris Interactive Poll (which was created just for this) was slotted in after the AP decided to not be a part of it all anymore after the 2004 fiasco. They'll crown their own recognized champion, separate from the BCS.

That's right, not sure why I forgot that.

We all try to forget.

...and then, the postseason comes around and all the reminders come back. As much as I love college football, I can't roll my eyes hard enough towards this almost-annual rendering of 'Who Should Play For/Deserves to Play For the Title".

Let me try ... :whatever: :whatever: :whatever: :whatever: :whatever: :whatever: :whatever:

Nope, still not enough.

But according to you, OU should be in the game because they lost when their team MVP was injured. Well, Dixon was injured, and Oregon started to lose.

Is this just blind love? Bring up another argument, one other than injuries. Your team just dismantled the number 1 team in the nation. Maybe you should use that as an argument. The injury argument is the worst in all sports. Every team gets injuries.
