A kansass fan has no room to talk about pretenders. How many times have you left the state this year? How many top 25 teams have you played and beaten?

Looky here, I wonder who this strapping young lad supports. Nebraska? Mizzou? K-State? You may have noticed by last night's victory, in which A&M only came close in garbage time, that the Hawks don't need to be in Kansas to win. Even so, why does the state matter? A hostile environment is a hostile environment, and the worst place for us is only a few hours drive to the west.

No, it's an hour shorter to the east this year.... :ninja:

Great win for you guys last night.

I have a question for the people in this thread. Why is it that every time I turn on ESPN all I hear about is Tim Tebow. I've seen some Florida games, not all, but I have seen some and he's not as good as everyone hypes him up to be. Is he like the Tony Romo of NCAA?

Pretty much, only diffrence is that Romo has much better ribs.

that would be 2 questions...

How bout them Knights on national TV with the win? Tight.

Knowshon did his work. Though I still want to kick his mama in the mouth for naming her son Knowshon.

So much for all that hate on the Big 12 from the national media, we've got 3 teams in the top 10.

Colin Cowherd, suck it! :cmad:

'SC sucks.
Dorrell should be coaching in the NFL.
Well, basketball is coming up. I can watch some well prepared Bruins kick some ass.

From edsbs-

SAM KELLER OUT FOR YEAR. CALLAHAN SPEAKS:

Greetings, nincompoops. My name is Bill Callahan. I’m hear to speak to you regarding the shoulder injury of Sam Keller, our current starting quarterback. He’s out for the rest of the season, a pitiable travesty of fate for our beloved signal-caller, my prize progeny of my prodigious West Coast offense, a distributor of dextrous deadly football deliveries from his deft digits, oh, a light! Yes, a lustrous beam of sunshine into my drab, forlorn tenure upon the alien corn of this disconsolate prairie.

(Oh, Cortez. Was Keats right? Did you feel exhilaration staring upon that vast, cerulean carpet? Would that I have anything but the oceans of my unappreciated genius to drown my sorrows in, vanquished conquistador! My voyage has taken me only further into this damned moonscape called America without a speck of Incan gold for reward. Unless you count my multimillion dollar salary, of course.)

I can espy from the slackening jaws and empty, unthinking stares of your simian countenances that I’ve yet again managed to blind you with the incandescence of my thoughts. Staring at the sun seems mean next to my thoughts, no? Well, let’s just put it in the pidgin you can understand.

KELLER OUCHIE! HURT OUCHIE WAAAAAAHHH!! NO TALK SPECIFICS!!! JOE GANZ THROW BALL HUSKER WAY HEAPUM TOUCHDOWNS NOT RESIGNING MMKAY? OW MY BALLZ!

(throws candy and beer…reporters scatter on the floor in a frenzy)

There. Having debased myself for the handful of cowrie shells I slave for each day here in the third circle of hell, I bid thee adieu, you gag-faced giblet-gobbling gomerals. Good day and die swiftly, ****kickers.

heh Callahan is fired too.

The west coast offense does NOT work in College football!

Great win for you guys last night.

Ah, yes, BadgerPhil. See your boys at Arrowhead. There's nothing quite like the annual KU/Mizzou border showdown. Not as historic as our rivalry with K-State, but one we look forward to much more (mostly because Mizzou fans aren't annoying as ****).

I'm still in shock over the Georgia game. Hats off to the Dawgs. SEC is crazy. Everyone beats everyone. Look at M. State beating Kentucky. Just wow.

I agree with this;

Fire Dorrell or force a resignation (I don't care which)

Announce an interim coach (Ed Kezirian would be my pick since he has been in the position before and would not be a potential HC candidate)

Assure the public that a thorough, national search for a new HC will be conducted (under NO circumstances should potential candidates be named).

Tell the coaching staff to meet with our verbal commits and assure them that they still have a place at UCLA.

Ask the Bruin faithful to continue supporting our team in the remaining games.

Assemble a committee to identify and review potential replacements.

Mister J, I am calling you out! The day is near!

THE DAY OF RECKONING - NOVEMBER 3RD.
