2008 Academy Awards

I missed the first hour or so. Has there been an homage to the actors who have passed away this last year?

The Bourne Ultimatum is one of the best action films of the last 10 years.

I dunno, the ending was incredibly corny in my opinion. It just screamed bad 80s action movie. I also am not crazy about shakey cam action. I go to an action movie to see the action, not pretend I am in it. But its still a pretty solid movie.

Thank you WorthyStevens and DACrowe.

To the provocateurs. I'm simply poking at the bitter fanboys who are whining about Transformers getting shut out.

Ok.

You come across as annoying dude, just move one already.

The Bourne hate really should just die down. It's rare we get a quality trilogy like Bourne nowadays.

I'm not sure why you feel that considering five years after the first movie the franchise only became more popular. Not to mention it started out as a best seller spy novel series. Not to mention the fact that the last movie surpassed the first one at the BO, and the first movie was one of the best selling DVD's of 2003.

I can't comment as I've never seen any of the Bourne movies.

Not yet. I'm sure it will come. However, there is going to be hell if/when they save Ledger's montage for next year (in the Oscars for the year he died). This thread will be swamped with Batman fanboys *****ing about it.

LOL, I actually hate TF.. but seriously. We've all moved on.

And Juno, Sweeney, NCFOM, TWBB, and La Vie En Rose >>>>>>>>>>> Bourne

The hate is merely bitter and immature fanboys who can't stand hand-held camera work.

People call me childish have forgotten the, "Paul Greengrass must really like to shake hands a lot since he likes to shake the camera all the time!" that has been posted on these forums.

Stewart is bombing like mad tonight. :csad:

On a completely unrelated side note, I just saw a commercial for Dancing with the Stars and it is a pretty good cast this year. I've never watched before, but they have some pretty good names this time around.

Maybe some people (myself included) just geniunely dislike it.
