Btw... I finally figured out the perfect solution to the "playoffs" since someone brought it up... not that it will ever happen. But I think it would work... I say during that last weekend of the season... instead of playing those Conf. Championship games the first week of December... they should just seed teams 1 through 8 and play four "playoff" games at neutral sites... then the four winners would go to 2/4 BCS bowls... play the NC game a week later. I mean the schedule would be virtually the same as it is now with the exception of the extra game at the end. Maybe add a fifth BCS bowl so that automatic bids and mid majors would still have access to BCS Bowls... I wish they'd do something like that within the next 20 years or so.

Funny how Texas is ****ed either way for giving up one measly last minute drive to Tech... OU loses and they are definitely not in... OU wins and they are most likely still left out... the good news for the Longhorns is that OU has to win two games in a row instead of one.... should be interesting to say the least.

Looks like Kentucky is never going to beat Tennessee again. They nearly got em last year when KY was quite good, and TN was sort of medium. But lost.

Last night they still couldn't beat em even though TN is the lowest of the all time lowest low they could ever be. Sad, really.

What's even sadder is how alarmingly empty Neyland Stadium was. How quickly some abandon their team.
