Ah, Thanksgiving, the one time of the year the entire country gets to experience the Lions' pain.

Last night on Jeopardy, a clue was "One of 2 NFL teams that always play on Thanksgiving day"

I said Cowboys, the contestant said Lions. We were both right, lol

Aww, man, I missed Roethlisberger getting punched last Sunday.

Delhomme starting against Carolina. As a Panthers fan....I have no idea who to cheer for. It be awkward. I want Carolina to of course win, but I can't root against Delhomme. Also, I may wear my Panthers Delhomme jersey, which I've worn several times this year. Ugh. Realistically, Delhomme may lead Browns to a blow out, unless if Delhomme turns it over like 5 times.

So what happened with Colt McCoy?

^That sucks,he was making Cleveland decent.

Still better than the Raiders. :woot:

BTW, Go Packers!

So if Brett Favre retires again for the 100th time, will it be for real?

Hahahaha, "Oh my God, I got goosebumps watching a game winning drive. I ****ed in my pants." LOL! Jets fans, gotta love 'em.

Lol bitter jealousy

But dude...... it was against the Texans.

That doesnt say much...Patriots have the 31st pass defense in the league.

Lets not talk then about who is good and bad in the NFL.

Texans are a good team, with a bad pass defense...Same with the Patriots. However, one team has been winning and the other is losing.

Dude, it has nothing to do with the Jets, but everything to do with a grown ass man admitting to watching a game winning drive against the Texans in a regular season game for 2 days and getting "goosebumps". It's like me saying I wet myself watching Jay Fiedler's touchdown run and dive against the Raiders like 6 years ago.

The Jets are my favorite sports team...I enjoy watching my team comeback with 45 seconds to win a game. Its ****ing glorious, you have shown that you are pathetic to test my manhood because it gives me "goosebumps" to watch a comeback video. Why? You sound like every idiot on Finheaven. jealous, envious, and super lame.
See for yourself: http://www.finheaven.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?49-Beasts-of-the-AFC-East

Maybe you should go to some sports forum and see what the opinion is there after seeing such a brilliant drive.
Maybe i shouldn't attack your manhood or maybe I just might be pointing out how it is highly probable you are dreaming about Darth Vader at night or Darth Vader dueling with the Darthphere..."GEEKASM NAME BRO"

You clearly don't know **** about me, so don't act like you do.

Poe just caught feelings

I think its asinine to say something about someone's manhood for watching a comeback video on youtube.

Its the same as some dork watching Darth Vader fight Luke Skywalker again and again on his 10 different DVD collections of the Return of the Jedi.

If anything, that might be to manly for anyone to argue about.

not watching...watching and getting goosebumps and your panties wet over it

Lol not to mention I am arguing with a obvious Jets troll...He is a Dolphins fan and they do not like anything Jets.

Monday Night Miracle has been thrown down oh so much down the Dolphins fans for years and the failure of comparing every team QB to Marino. It hurts, I understand.

Question for all of you:

- Would you trade your coach for Jeff Fisher? He could be free in the offseason.

No way. Obvious answer though, even the opponents also love Rex.

http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york/jets/post/_/id/3058/rex-gets-love-from-opponents

In the current issue of Sports Illustrated, there's a survery of NFL players, based on the following question: For which other coach would you like to play for?

The winner, in a landslide, is Rex Ryan of the New York Jets. A total of 279 players were polled from across the league, and Ryan received nearly one quarter of the votes. Here's the breakdown:

Ryan, 21%
Mike Tomlin (Pittsburgh Steelers), 12%
Sean Payton (New Orleans Saints), 9%
Jeff Fisher (Tennessee Titans), 8%
Bill Belichick (New England Patriots), 7%

Let's call it the Rex Effect. He turns off a lot of opponents because of his extreme confidence and big-talking style, but he also commands respect because of ... well, his extreme confidence and big-talking style. Players like him because he's fearless and speaks their language. He also doesn't run a boot camp; he tries to pace players through a season by allowing their bodies to rest. Not all coaches are like that. (See Belichick).

However, I can see Jerry Jones trading a 1st for Jeff Fisher if he cannot get a big name to come there.

If Jeff Fisher asks Bud Adams to let him go if he feels like he cannot work with Vince Young, nobody will have to give up a draft pick to get him.

Of course, they'd have to comply with the Rooney Rule before even hiring Fisher, so teams will call up Tony Dungy to see if he's interested. He'll likely say no, to the surprise of none of those teams. And then the NFL will say that team has complied with the rule.

A guy like Leslie Frazier has been abused through that rule...Teams passing him for someone else every time
