I believe what I read in the GBI's report. Clearly the chargers were not pressed due to the police misconduct.

What irks me, is if Roethlisberger stood trial in front of a jury of his peers and walked, that's one thing. But he didn't. The police officers who he was signing autographs for, called the victim a drunk ***** and did not do their jobs. They left the crime scene wide open, to be scrubbed down and security tapes to be erased. If he weren't a celebrity he would've been taken into custody and the security tapes and bathroom would've been combed over with a fine tooth comb.

Was I talking to you, did I quote you? hmmmm, nope I wasn't and i didn't. I already know what you think about it and truthfully I don't really care.

I hope Rex Ryan takes this to heart.

I mean, Jesus. They talked so much **** during the offseason, and lo and behold. 2010 ends the same way 2009 ended. They literally achieved nothing.

isnt it great:woot:

:csad:

(all I got to say is that they shouldn't used all their timeouts before the 2 min warning)

I'd say ol'Schotty is the one who really blew it.

Having read the accounts of what happened, and then the huge SI write up on him last year detailing what an arrogant horndog he is, I too say he did it.

You should talk to some waitresses and club owners in the Pittsburgh area. He treats them worse than dirt. My IC distributor (who services many bars in the greater Pittsburgh area) tells me all kinds of stories from his clients about the way he acts. A few clubs in Pittsburgh won't let him in because of his behavior.

He treats fans who approach him even worse. And I get celebrities wanting their private time, but if you're going to go to a club and use your celebrity to gain access and perks, then you gotta accept the downside that comes with it.

You're so damn defensive. Implies to me that you know the truth and just don't want to accept it. Good luck sleeping tonight. :)

Sanchez has a lot to be proud of. I feel like this loss falls for the most part, on one man. Brian Schottenheimer. Had the Jets used their pass game more in the first half, it would've been MUCH closer at half time. Schottenheimer did not have confidence in his QB, even against the weak Steelers secondary. And Sanchez proved in the second half that he could pick them apart. Plus, his play calling on those last two Jets drives was just terrible. The Jets should have tied this game. Marty's son blew it. He's almost as bad as Arians.

Yeah, I was pissed about Jets' playcalling in the first half, as well. I think between Sanchez and Cutler, we can see who is the better QB right now by their performance today.

Here in America it is innocent until proven guilty. Stop whining cause your little team didn't win.

Its petty.

Im not a Jets fan, but that doesn't mean I want to see a rapist in the superbowl. For me this goes beyond football. If Ben wasn't in the NFL and worth millions and didnt have the NFL and expensive lawyers backing him he would be in jail. Apparently there is enough evidence to prove it including DNA. And if you want to talk American law, my cousin was getting a ride home with a person he knew. The person driving decided to call his girlfriend and proceeded to fight with her. In his anger he began to speed and lost control of the vehicle. He wrecked traveling at a speed of 121 mph. It killed my cousin. That is manslaughter. He admitted to fighting with his girlfriend and losing control of the vehicle because he was speeding. The prick driving turned out to be an illegal immigrant from Mexico and when he was released on bail he ran for it. He was never charged. Just because your not charged doesn't mean your innocent.

I have no problem sleeping and will sleep like a baby tonight, and just like Ghost Virus said earlier I believe in innocent until proven guilty, no matter who it is.

Makes me appreciate my guys that much more. Every account I've heard/read of people meeting Matt Ryan, say he's as nice and courteous as anyone can be.

I liken Schottenheimer to Kyle Shanahan. He doesn't have a job because he is a good coach. He has it because he is a great coach's son. Hell, look at his time in San Diego as QB coach. All he accomplished was damn near killing Drew Brees' career. And he used his name to get the OC job in NY, where he's sucked ever since. Same with Kyle Shanahan. Used his father's name to perserve his mediocre career.

Was OJ innocent?

Apparently some of us are more innocent than others in the police's eyes if we have the right amount of money/can sign autographs for them.

well its off to watch porn before the gf gets home from work, c yall tomorrow

so true

A jury found him not guilty, once that happened it didn't matter you, me or anyone else thought.

But it doesn't prevent me from having my opinion of the man. Same with Big Ben. He wasn't charged, but I have EVERY right to have my low opinion of him, and hate the organization that is keeping his worthless behind around. I couldn't care less about him not being charged.

At any rate, I am not very excited for this Super Bowl. All four teams were incredibly sloppy this week. The Steelers were very sloppy last week too. I'm not expecting a great game.
You're saying that as if both teams don't have two weeks to prepare.

Sexy Rexy, what have you done? You made a fool of everyone....

Exactly. My god Hollywood is a prime example of this. Lol, Lohan is a walking example. If you compare the consequences of being a Hollywood star caught with drugs and the consequences of a nobody caught with drugs you can see the difference fame and money makes. Lohan gets gets a second of jail time and rehab and more rehab and more rehab, but the nobody in my local town would get jail and lots of it. Anybody that denies the legal system can be bought is ignoring thousands of years of history. Lawyers are the oldest profession second only to prostitution, and both of them can be bought.

Ok, I don't remember ever saying that you couldn't have an opinion about him:huh: If that is your opinion of him then that's cool.

Steelers had two weeks to prepare for the playoffs and it didn't exactly improve their play in the first half last week.

This picture is entirely out of context! Rex is not mad because the Jets just lost the game! He is mad because he was told that the post-game buffet would not include both dark and light gravy.

Since were talking "if's" if Big Dummy did not get paid all that money no woman would be with in 50 feet of the guy. Not like he has his looks going for him. I'm not condoning his behavior but the dumb women who put themselves in a bathroom stall with this guy have to take some of the responsibilty too. Oh but we give girls a free pass because going into a bathroom stall with an ugly NFL QB while booze is involved on both ends is a good decision with a completely innocent intention? Come on. She was dumb to do it and he is an animal, perfect mix for a terrible thing to happen (allegedly). Just like the dozens of skanks Tiger bagged, not one is talking about their moral compasses or decision making?? Oh no they are the victims too. Double standard? Of course, it is but the reality right now, I guess women still do not have equal rights since it's so easy to completely villify the man. I'm hoping Snookie will change all that someday.

Ben is a discusting animal, and women still flock to him, or is it his money and fame and how resposible is that?

Competely agree, just follow the money and you will see how the world goes round, laws are a joke, follow the cash. It makes it easier to put everything in perspective.
