I don't understand how bad kickers and punters are in the NFL...

They could be so much better if they scouted more Internationally... Hell, you take a look in the right places (some rugby fullbacks and fly-halves) you could fill both positions with the one option, not give up as much and save yourself a roster slot to fill another need.

I agree Hound, these Kickers are just mediocre at best but then again, they do get paid crap compared to the rest of the team. Then again, perhaps if they were more clutch they'd get paid more.

We need more NFL mainstays like Janikowski and Kasay.

Throw me 300k per year and I don't think I'd be overly disappointing as an NFL punter...

It's infuriating when I watch the Pack and I really feel I could do better than Tim Masthay. I mean dude's longest punt is 58 yards... Or Brad Maynard for the Bears (f*** the Bears) whose longest is just 50.
