Wow. So the Dolphins are having a good season. And here they are in an exciting game coming down to the wire... in front of a half empty stadium. WTH Miami?

Man, I wish I could have seen that game! Dolphins were losing 23-16 when I had to drive somewhere. When I got to my destination, I turned on the TV, which had switched to the end of the Dolphins game, just as Tannenhill threw that bomb into Ravens territory.

I'll tell you, we're not there yet, but we're definitely heading in the right direction finally. I no longer have that 'Chad Henne' feel about Tannenhill. I think he is developing quite well. We really need an O line and a running back (had to let Bush go, didn't we?).

Sucks to see Brady miss the record.

Yea, breaks my heart. :o

I feel pretty good that it was the Bengals Defense that stopped it :)

Twitter Beef: NFL Edition
@DenverBroncos: The #Broncos' 51 points in yesterday's win are as many points as the Jaguars have scored all season.
@jaguars: Stay classy, Denver.
‏@DenverBroncos: No shots, just stats.
:funny:

Kind of dickish by whoever runs the Denver Twitter account. You dont really need to hide behind stats to say the Jags are terrible. It's like picking on the kid with the leg braces.

I really think Flynn can be a starting QB in the NFL. He showed what he could do during his final game with Green Bay. He never was able to show what he could do in Seattle and Oakland just doesn't have the weapons. I think a team like Tampa could use him.

Is this why people call the Pats' coach Belicheat, or are there other incidents I'm unaware of?

I'll say one thing. When you have a QB who is arguably the greatest of all-time on a team that made the playoffs in 9 out of 11 years, the whole Spygate thing doesn't seem as bad as people like to make it out to be.

I'm not even a New England fan, but I am a Brady guy.

:o

I don't think Coughlin should go. Even if they finish 4-12. Injuries have plagued this team this year.

Coughlin gets at least one more year before he gets let go. The man still lead the team to two rings in 5 years.

My view as a fan of New England and a fan of New England that lives in Saint Louis and enjoys rooting for The Rams, (a team that is widely regarded as cheated out of an SB victory, I don't think this.) I think the pats just got caught doing something that a lot of other teams were doing only difference is they got caught and because they were sloppy it came out. The common argument I hear against this is that how come no one else came out and said get were doing it or got caught and I literally have no defense for why not other than they obviously weren't good enough to warrant a probing and this flew under the radar.

Just my two cents.

Mike Ditka is looking like a 1930's gangster on countdown.

Would love to see him go to the Lions. Because

A) Our WR's after Megatron are putrid,
B) We play Cleveland this week and he can give us the secret to beating Brandon Weeden, and
C) hahahahahahahaha j/k about B.

Even to a guy like me, that's cold.

:hehe:

Very true. Just like Bountygate, the team that got caught were definitely not the only teams taking part in it. Unfortunately for Belichick and Brady, Spygate will always be the one smudge in their history.

I knew Atlanta's D wasn't anything special but they're getting exposed by Geno Smith right now.

If we lose to the Jets, I will officially give up on this season.
