This will be his defining year. With Graham has a weapon, he will have to prove that he deserves that big money.

I don't hate Russell Wilson but, man, he's full of it if he thinks he can get 22m a year. The Seahawks are gonna have to pay him.

I kind of agree. I mean think about it. You realized he's good because he's playing behind the league's best defense? Also the fact that Seattle system of offense doesn't require him to do a lot. If you take that away, you know his numbers would look a lot worse than he has now. Hell, his win-loss ratio would be different. Yet, people in Seattle praises him for turning the Seahawks around or preach him like God. Don't get me wrong, he's a very good quarterback who can make plays and limit mistake. Can be clutch when needed. I honestly don't think he's top 5. Top 10? Yes.

Local media trying to drum up a QB controversy between Andy Dalton and AJ McCarron.

:whatever:

No kidding. I keep reading these articles and thinking, "What are you talking about?!" At least many of them are admitting that nothing will happen until next season at the earliest.

Dont they both have the same amount of playoff wins?

Russell wilson should be paid like flacco is getting, both very similar in terms of stats and turning it on in the playoffs.

Matt Moore needs to get paid more than both of them combined.

Antonio Gates ,Rolando McClain and Sheldon Richardson all suspended for 4 game.

I like Wilson but could you imagine if he played behind our offensive line and receiving core here at Carolina? If I were him, I'd take the 20 million (Cam's deal) and be grateful. Getting more than 20 million will cause the Seahawks to let go of a Wagner (who also wants top tier money), Avil, Chancellor, etc, and they haven't exactly been hitting home runs with their last two drafts.

Me, as a fellow rival, I hope The Seahawks are stupid enough to pay him more Aaron Rodgers.

One of the interesting storylines to look for in the next few years are the stadium situations in Oakland, St. Louis and San Diego. No way do all three teams move back to Los Angeles (Chargers started out in Los Angeles when the AFL started), so one of the cities are going to have to bite.

As a confirmed homer for St. Louis, I really hope we don't lose the Rams. Our stadium plan is on track (as far as I can tell anyway) but if it requires a public vote, there is no way it will pass. Plus, it depends on $400 million from the NFL to chip in. Why would they do that when Kroenke will build a stadium in LA using his own money?

It will be interesting, to say the least. I don't know if San Diego or Oakland has any concrete stadium plans in their current cities at the moment.

I'm aware that Oakland stadium is a crumbling dump, but what's the problem with SD and St Louis?

Qualcomm is aging and they want a new stadium with all the bells and whistles. I don't think they were happy that the Padres got a new stadium and they didn't. There are rumors that if the Padres leave and head north that San Diego State University would take over the stadium and the area surrounding it.

According to Wiki, the Edward Jones Dome is required to be ranked in the top tier of NFL stadiums through the 2015 season. If it is not, the Rams are free to break the lease and either relocate without penalty or continue to lease the dome on a year-to-year basis. Edward Jones Dome is not in the top tier of NFL stadiums currently.

As I said though, one of those cities (Oakland, San Diego or St. Louis) will bite. Remember at one point the Colts, Vikings and Jags were also on the list of "NFL Teams possibly headed to Los Angeles" before Indy and Minnesota stepped up with new stadiums. Jags Owner Shahid "Wrath of" Khan seems committed to keeping them in Jacksonville. The Bills also want a new stadium, but they have local owners that will keep the team in Buffalo. I don't see all three teams headed to Los Angeles. Two of them yes, but not three.

Oakland has one, but it requires tearing down the current stadium and kicking the A's to the curb.

It' now "A's vs. Raiders" to see who get a new stadium in place of where the old one is standing. Reading up, many think it will be one but not both.

As a huge Dolphins fan I'm scratching my head at all this Matt Moore talk. Do people not realize he sucks?

It's most likely gonna boil down to the NFL wanting two teams in L.A., and the Rams ownership insisting they be the only team (as they have for months).

Anyone hear about Russell Wilson's comment regarding him, Ciara and God?

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Wow...

Meh, while I personally think Wilson is nothing more than an attention ***** , I feel he has every right to speak up for what he believes in.
